My stay was for a week paid for and on the 4th night t was locked out of my room stating that I checked out. It took better than 2 hours to get back in my room. No reason was ever shared. Clueless person at the front desk. My first stay and my last stay.

Jackie from Cameron, she was my housekeeper today. She did all the room cleaning with a smile on her face. It is nice to see people showing a sincere smile no matter what they are doing. Employees like her are a keeper!

I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name behind the counter. Because he Was very hospitable. I call the couple of times prior to my visit. To have some questions answered. And he is very knowledgeable about the area.I do recommend this hotel to anyone. This definitely is a place where I can easily become a repetitive guest.

The smell of mold/mildew is very overwhelming. I had to switch rooms because of this. The second room smelled better however the floor has a soft spot in it by the ac which was pretty scary obviously they have a leakage issue which has caused a mold problem throughout the building. The halls have a ton of air fresheners that are strong to try to mask the smell I suppose but it just gave me a headache. To top it off we saw several roaches in the room as well as in the halls. I had a second booking for the same property and I immediately canceled and booked elsewhere.

The staff was lovely from check in to check out and all things in-between. The room and hallway had an unpleasant odor, microwave had old food stuck on it, the fridge wasn't completely clean/didnt get cold enough, and my towels had hair on them.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed and I have stayed at plenty of budget hotels. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. The hotel itself was filthy, carpets were stained, walls dirty. Room was dirty, blinds did not work and it didn’t have enough toilet paper but there was never anyone at desk to ask for more. Breakfast consisted of breakfast bars, oatmeal, tiny muffins and coffee. Because hotel is in an extremely high traffic area you must go two sets of red lights and make a you turn if you want to get anywhere. Don’t stay here.

The place was nice and clean. The staff is friendly and customer service oriented. The free breakfast was muffins and instant oatmeal packets so you may want to plan to get breakfast elsewhere. Overall I had no complaints and would stay here again.
