The food was very basic and the facilities lacked an elevator, I suppose that for older people they will be located on the ground floor.

There are supermarkets, many restaurants and car rental shops opposite the hotel, and it is also very close to the beach! Very convenient! The hotel has designed many children's play facilities, and there are performances for children in the evening, which is suitable for families traveling with children! The hotel is moderately close to various attractions and not far from the airport. It is recommended to rent a car for travel.

Our first family holiday and we were not disappointed at all! A welcoming and friendly reception team guided us through our stay and answered any questions we had on arrival We had booked a family suite as we were traveling with a 1 year old and I can honestly what a fantastic room! Newly refurbished it was ideal! Clean spacious and the little kitchen area hidden inside the cupboards was perfect for keeping our little boys snacks and yoghurts cool and making up his milk. Another highlight I really liked was the two Sumner’s on our terrace which meant when my little one was having a sleep I could sunbathe and wasn’t missing our on the sun Pools were fabulous one heated one not but didn’t make a difference to us and a little splash pool for non swimmers! Pool area clean and tidy and well Cared for. Entertainment staff were second to none. Baby club allowed you to take the little ones into play for short periods or drop off and leave for a little while and they staff were all great with the kids. In the evening the mini disco was idea for children and then the shows after. Food was delicious! Great selections of fruit vegetables and meat especially local caught fish. And kids section as well each day varied and the chefs were friendly and informative At this point I want to make a special mention to Orianny one of the waitresses My little boy took a real shine to her and she made special efforts to come and see him and she really is just a lovely kind soul and we appreciated everything she did for us. The gym is fab not massive but every bring you need to work out otherwise there is some great places to go for a run outside the resort Costa Teguise itself is a lovely area and we all felt safe walking around. It’s really close to the beach and supermarket and also to some great little attractions including a local aquarium (your ticket lasts all day so you can go back and forth) and also a great crazy golf course. We are in process of booking again already and can’t wait to go back Thank you to everyone

We are coming to the end of our week here as a family of three, with our 3 year old daughter. We have generally been really pleased with the hotel. We had a family suite and had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room with a reasonably sized balcony. We were really pleased with our room. There is an impressive amount of storage so we’ve been able to keep the space tidy, and the balcony has been great for a standard room - in the corner so very sheltered from the wind and it also has a sunbed. We are grateful to the hotel for arranging this for us as there are clearly other rooms on the top floor with smaller balconies. Room is well maintained. It is not one of the most recently refurbished ones and to be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that they feel the need to refurbish these rooms already as they are of a good standard. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen right in front of the hotel. We are staying half board. The food is reasonable but nothing special. After having dinner in the restaurant on the first night we chose to have breakfast and lunch instead. As others have said, the restaurant is busy, noisy and chaotic. So we’d much rather eat out in the evenings and have a bit of peace! Although the hotel caters well for children and provides plastic cups, plates and bowls it doesn’t provide any cutlery for children which is strange so I’d recommend bringing this with you. It’s very difficult for a 3 year old to use an adult sized knife and fork! The staff are hard working but it does also feel a bit disorganised, for example we have noticed several times that cutlery and crockery has run out and people have had to wait for this to be replenished. The entertainment is not our cup of tea, it never is, and it’s very loud so that’s one slight drawback for us but we did book knowing there would be entertainment. You can’t escape it during the day unfortunately if you’re at the hotel, and sometimes we’ve heard it from our bedroom at night. The playgrounds are excellent. Pools are a bit cold. Temps vary from 24-26 for large pool and 25-28 for baby pool. It’s been exceptionally windy while we’ve been here which hasn’t helped. Other points to note, drinks have generally been good and staff helpful. In general I would recommend this hotel, but I wouldn’t return as the weather really has not been good enough for us to make full use of the facilities and from what I can gather it’s pretty normal for this time of year.

What a lovely holiday we had. There were 8 in our party. Myself and my husband, our 2 children (5 & 2) and all the grandparents. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival which was well worth it especially for the drinks and snack bar. We had requested ground floor rooms, 1 with a bath and 2 with showers and got exactly what we asked for within the Fuerteventura block. Rooms were lovely and we had sunbeds on our balconies. We were just behind the pool bar which was great for us. Positives: - The mini disco and shows were great and the kids absolutely loved it. Hakuna matata show was brilliant, and my kids loved the princess show too and the professional gymnastic show. - Always lots going on throughout the day entertainment wise and could always find a row of sunbeds together no matter what time we went round the pool. - The food was great for all inclusive standards. We never had an issue finding food for us or our children. Snack bar is great for lunchtimes as more variety than in the restaurant. Breakfast and evening meals were fab though. Mexican night was definitely the best. We did eat out a few times too. - Our eldest was poorly and the hotel were so attentive. They assisted when we needed the emergency Dr calling out, came and checked everything was OK. The assistant manager rang to check if we needed anything else and was very kind. They sent a get well present to the room for her too which was so kind!! Negatives: - Shower bases are really slippy, my mum fell so please be careful. - pools are cold so can take a while to get the courage to get in. Once in they're fine though! - Bar queues can be long as they generally only have 1 waiter on at a time. Makes it difficult in the evening for the shows.. - Again, need more chefs. The freshly cooked food i.e steaks, omelette etc can be quite a wait as that chef is normally going about 3 other things too. All in all, we had a fabulous week and the hotel is well located. Highly recommend for people with children.

Many plus points and only one or two minor negatives. WouLd suggest if you do not like young kids then this hotel may not be for you. Initial reception was excellent - staff very friendly and check-in very straight forward. Need credit card as details taken to cover and future purchases during your stay. We booked family rooms and asked for ground floor adjoining rooms as had young twins in our party. These were provided and we had an internal connecting door which provided to be a godsend. Asked for 2 x cots at time of booking and these were provided. Rooms are quite spacious. Good amount of storage and small kitchen area which had a fridge. Tea/coffee making facilities but would recommend take your own tea/coffee and milk can be kept in fridge. Bathroom had a shower over the bath - shower pressure good and water temperature easy to control. There are 3 x pools two of which are heated. One pool is specifically for babies/toddlers but is small. Slides etc for the bigger pool. Pool guards in attendance on the 2 bigger pools. Sun beds are plentiful and glad to say very few bothered to put towels on early doors as this is frowned upon. Notice that the pool areas and sun beds are thoroughly cleaned every night/morning. Buffet served in main dining room - somethings you have to queue for a few minutes to get in during peak times. Baby high chairs are provided - these are wiped down/cleaned before being provided to the next family - same applies to tables etc - cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast - food choice is good - hot/cold. Cereals/fruit/pastries and wide selection of breads/cheeses/ham etc.. hot food includes eggs, omelettes, sausages, tomatoes, black pudding, beans and some other selections. Eggs provided scrambled, fried, omelettes, boiled etc. . Bacon is not English and would have preferred English sausages. Lunch/dinner - fairly wide variety of foo both hot and cold. Particularly at lunch the cold/salad selection was gud. Hot food varied daily and whilst a reasonable selection the quality was perhaps not always the best. Evening meals had a theme each night. In the main lastly pretty good. As you will expect with such young kids - they do tend to throw food on the floor - once a family leaves the table the staff are quick to sweep up and d]clean the tables and high chairs. Noise levels in the restaurant also reflect the fact there are lots of young kids in there - kids do not run a round and we’re generally well behaved. During the day they have a poolside bar where you can get a variety of snacks. If on all inclusive these are free. Kids disco was popular and was followed by entertainment provided by the staff - Disney shows, musicals etc. good entertainment as long as not expecting too much. The poolside bar also had entertainment each night - usually singers. Pretty good. The majority of guests are families which young kids - aged 6months to say, 6 or 7. After about 10.00pm the place quietens down - poolside entertainment finishes at 10.30. Ni

We family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children just returned from a 10 day all inclusive stay at H10. Our overall experience was excellent. Prior to staying here we read the reviews and we were a little concerned about what some people had written or experienced. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome at reception. As our rooms were not ready we had use of changing facilities and a place to store our luggage. We had adjoining rooms for the grandparents which kind of turned 2 family rooms into a spacious apar**ent. The rooms are very clean with plenty of storage for clothes etc. A lot of reviews mention the long queues for breakfast. Although we noticed this we didn't experience it as you begin to figure what time works best for you. While we there, we had no queues at 8.30am. Dinner has to be pre booked through an app and again we worked around the busy time. Families with smaller children i.e. under 8 generally tend to dine from 6pm until 7.30pm before they go for the children's entertainment. Reviews also mention the quality of the food. It needs pointing out that the hotel does not claim to be a Michelin Star. We found the food to be very good with a variety to suit most. If there is something you don't like select something else. Its that simple. Pizza's are cooked fresh, theme nights such as mexican or chinese again cooked fresh. We simply couldn't fault the food. The house wine however is not the greatest. Bar food which is served from 11.30 until 5.30pm is also very good. The alcohol drinks on the all inclusive includes some top premium spirits. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we will be returning again next year.
