Hotel is small but overall clean and comfortable. It has a restaurant that stays open until 22:00 which is definitely convenient as everything else in the city closes at 20:00. The only downside was to get there by walking. It was a bit far away from our son’s university and that was annoying.

At reception they charged deposit 660€ and we had to pay full price 734€ as well. Reception did not give us invoice.

15 minutes of waiting in front of the gate when arriving, confusion during the meal between a customer and the receptionist, no towels in the room... I was alone on a business trip, with the hotel almost empty, I find myself with a bedroom with 2 single beds!!!

Juste honteux. Petit déjeuner à 14e pas de choix le pain dur, la chambre qui sentait le renfermé pas très propre Les clients sont livrés à eux-mêmes, pas d’accueil bref fuyez, Cet établissement Passez votre chemin.

Hôtel proche de la gare de Pontoise (15 mn à pied). Même si de l'extérieur on entend la circulation (autoroute assez proche), à l'intérieur aucun bruit ! Personnel sympa. Je recommande.

Super accueil et une équipe très sympathique (Ousman, momo, chef cuisinier) Bon buffet et variés. Dommage qu'il manque la climatisation dans les chambres. PS: Joyeux anniversaire à Nathalie. Je conseille cet endroit. Cordialement.
