Overall, a great hotel experience. The location is fabulous! Friendly service. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom floor wasn't clean, which was a bit uncomfortable; thankfully I always travel with Clorox wipes, so we cleaned the floor ourselves. It seems as though the bathroom floor was simply a housekeeping oversight as the rest of our room seemed thoroughly cleaned. We have stayed here three times now, and it has always been a good experience.

I requested a different room, but was not accommodated. I was not given bottles of water at check in like the other guests. Better experience when I was there in the summer.

Very pretty and very clean. Great location- short drive to Downtown. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. This is our second time staying here and would definitely come again.

Wonderful hotel! We have seen traveling a lot and this hotel was one of the best for a while! Clean, spacious, wonderful layout and bathroom. Staff was wonderful and we cannot say enough about free drinks at check in as well as a made to order free breakfast!! Take a walk towards the bay, go under the bridge and walk along the harbor. The view of the bridge is gorgeous at night!

We were disappointed in room situation. Booked a harbor view did not receive that . We were moved on 2nd night to a partial view a little bit. We were moved from a King room to two double beds. We are married and prefer to sleep together. They ran out of food and coffee on 2 bd day in dining area. The manager was very sweet upon our chat. She did give us coffee and helped get the room change. It took all day to get a new room. She promised enough Honors points for a night stay but never added the points. It was a beautiful newish hotel . Disappointed felt we did not get what we paid for.

Beautiful, new, comfortable hotel. Hot breakfast in a beautiful dining area, wonderful staff that answer any question about the area, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean room. Only 5 minutes from historic Charleston, and much to offer in Mt Pleasant too (eat at Page’s Grill!). Nice pool. Very secure parking garage (but area is so safe… never had a safety issue). Will stay here again if we return to the area! Thank you to the amazing staff!!

False advertising with Happy Hour Specials. On line and in lobby of hotel screens that each day of the week offered a different special. Approached bar employees who said it was discontinued. Approached general mgr.Jason who said sites needed to be updated. I explained that this is false advertising. Nothing was honored on our behalf. Very frustrating!
Front desk employees were not nice, friendly or helpful with the exception of Cheryl who went above and beyond. Reception bartender very nice and personable.
Parking is overpriced at $25 per day for hotel patrons.

This hotel is very new. Everything was great. Nice mattress, rooms. The buffet breakfast was very good.
