I was placed there with a tourist group for 1 night for early transfer as it close to Zagreb aeroport (but extremely far from any spot of civilization). We arrive at 9 PM after long driving. The electronic keys were not working for 2-3 rooms reserved and we have to gallope to reservation again. Receptionist find physical metallic key. The door was opened but key card become desactivated and no electrify turning on. Go again down and ask to activate the card. About at 10PM finally get to very poor diner organized- no ever drop of any juice, only hot water for tea. In the room I find also couple of gray insects, approximately 1 sm size, I do not know how to call them. And, can you imaging, on the top all of this the flushing water in the rest room stop flush. It was 11 PM. Hotel do not have anybody on the lobby unreel the morning. Is all of this possible in the 4 stars hotel, or ever without any star hotel? So upsetting to have all of this with tyedness that I had , very early transfer and very long flight with connection ahead. Could they be prepared better? Such a disgusting attitude to the tourists! Do not stay in Garden Hill Hotel - Velika Gorica close Aeropostale’s location ever 1 short night!
