We stayed for a week and the hotel was extremely comfortable and clean with a lovely breakfast and welcoming staff. We stayed in Room 1 at the front of the building and everything was perfect -the interior was stylish and warm and spotlessly clean

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast options and we liked the après-ski goûter that was provided. Hotel is clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. Location in the village is good and close to lifts and services. It was a shame that the bar closed at 9pm.

Lovely modernised hotel, great location easy to park and very friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Good breakfast options and the after ski snacks were a treat. All around good stay and no complaints (perhaps the coffee machine could be better but it feels like an everywhere thing unless they make them to order so not a fault of this hotel) Will definitely try to stay here again when in the area, thank you!

Excellent family ski holiday in a lovely hotel. Great location, friendly and helpful staff plus breakfast included. Would definitely recommend. We were visiting family on this trip and this hotel was a perfect solution. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Les Flocons. The rooms were super cosy and newly refurbished. The rooms could be a little bigger but there was good storage space for all our ski stuff. We loved the breakfast, a very cute set up! The pan au chocolates were to die for. And they serve snacks at 4pm in the afternoon. The hotel is a good distance to the slopes, it’s about a 5 minute walk and the boot room is a good size & nice and clean. The hotel is next to a busy bar but we never heard any noise in the night. The staff were welcoming. Very good value for money! A lot of the other places we looked at in the area were much more expensive and you would get the same, if not lower standard.

great small friendly hotel - very modern refurbished rooms - great fresh breakfast of croissants . pain au choc, yoghurts, eggs, fresh juice, etc... - heated ski locker - powerful shower - bar open till 21:00 for beer / wine / etc.... will definitely book again

A very comfortable, clean stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is just a short walk to the nearest slope/ski lift and close to lots of restaurants. The food at breakfast was really nice and everything was very clean and well presented. The coffee and cake on offer in the afternoon was a lively addition too. We would have liked to see some cooked options at breakfast, such as egg and sausges- a reply to a review below suggests this is now on offer but it was not when we visited at the end of January. Really handy to have ski lockers downstairs in the hotel. However, these are not very big so not that easy to fit 2 lots of helmets and boots as well as skis. The only other downside was the music which can be heard from the bar next door, into the early hours. Obviously not the hotel's fault at all, but worth being aware of. Overall a positive experience. Good value hotel and would go back.

Très bon séjour. Chambre rénové, très agréable, bonne literie, très calme. Personnel à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits Bio. Hôtel à l’écart de la circulation et bien desservi par les navettes gratuites qui vous déposent à quelques mètres. Très bien.
