Holiday Inn Express & Suites Levelland Reviews

The website did not note the pool was out of service, there wasot linens for the pull out bed. We asked the desk and they were being laundered. We found dirty underwear in dresser.

The first night we woke up early to a toilet overflowing for no reason. They were very fast at getting us into another room for the final night. Aside from that very good and friendly service.

It was very a quiet place, no banging door, hearing TVs, people walking above. Breakfast was less than average. Lady in courage busy visiting with front desk. Ran out of coffee, sausage links too tough, coffee ground in decaf made it unusable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was really comfortable. The breakfast area was a mess and hardly any food available

No hot water. Rude desk clerk. No accommodation for the problem. No milk in the breakfast service.

The property is ok nothing wrong but I think since it was a holiday weekend the manager should be on top of everything we where in the pool and 10 minutes later they told us to get out because they’re going to do a cleanup and probably take late 48 hours so we did not like that but what can we do

The door to our room constantly stuck when you tried to enter. We had to use excessive force after scanning our key to get in. We also had some bugs (dead and alive) found in the bathroom.

Conveniently located in the pleasant rural town of Levelland. This is my first visit here, and I was attending a function at the college of the plans. I particularly enjoyed how quiet it is in this hotel. The morning breakfast is really satisfying. There are other eateries, conveniently close by. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

My reservation was overbooked by *******. We had to drive 40 mimutes to find another room. Will not be using ******* again

The hotel should not be a Holiday Inn Express. It doesn’t compare to the other hotels with that name.

The staff was AMAZING super friendly and courteous we were there for a funeral so their friendliness was greatly appreciated THANK YALL SO MUCH♥️

We stayed at this property for Texas Tech graduation. This property was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. We had no problems at all.

Check in time was 3:00 pm. Room was not available until after 6 pm. TV only got a couple of channels. There were holes in the wall from a previous towel rack. Price was way too high!

Normally it has been a very good hotel to stay in. This visit there were several issues.
