The hotel is nice and clean as this cheap price, it definitely help me safe money

The property was great and the hotel was very clean, the location was not ideal as there was limited places to eat close by! The road out front of the facility was very busy with traffic racing up and down the street! Hotel itself great, the surroundings not so ideal!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and lobby look different than the photos. Although most of the hotel was rundown, my room and bathroom were clean. Treadmill had missing parts and my door had to be slammed to fully shut. If I hadn’t already made a reservation, I wouldn’t have stayed. I gave them 2 stars solely because of the staff and clean room.

Nice little Hotel only downside was the noisy people slamming doors and talking loud in the hallway

The staff was very nice, the room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, the building was in great condition and the staff and stay was very good for the price. The only complaint that I have would be how difficult it was for me to fall asleep because I could hear everything going on in the next room, and they had a small child with them. I think the hard flooring played into how much the sound traveled from the other room, as we had adjoining rooms and the sound came from under the door. Other than that issue, I would have given 5 stars. I would definitely stay again, realizing that the hotel can't control how the occupants are within the room. If I was staying more than one night, I would have asked to have been moved to a different room.

Arrived after check in time by an hour, was told no rooms clean yet. Hour wait. TV in room does not work. Was laying in bed with my girlfriend and someone unlocked our door with a key and came in! Trash!!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast = happy stay. Plus they have a reasonable pet fee, which we appreciated. The pups appreciated the little goodie bag. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location. Staff wasn't really around much and the breakfast food was not good. Biscuits and gravy were cold.

Liked that it was easy to get to from 80. Got there around midnight, the xlerk was freindly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Nice place to stay for the price but having major issues with keycards. Everytime you use one it stops working. One clerk even said their was an issue with the machine they recently replaced. Very inconvenient and they are doing nothing to fix it.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Pool was a salt water pool. Breakfast was good.

Was an Great place to stay. Very Friendly staff. Very Comfortable beds and the room was very homey feeling. Had a pretty good continental breakfast with several choices. The pool was a hit with my daughter. The only bad part was that the closet floor looked like it hadn't gotten cleaned. There was a few potatoe chips on the floor. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Council Bluffs.

Room was nice and good color scheme. Toilet had a run to it and had to adjust the float after every flush. Was disappointed there was no hot tub. Breakfast was good.

Noisy and smelly. You can hear noises from above and any one talking in hallways
