The staff was wonderful and I appreciated the safety at the property. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall worth the price I paid.

The light outlets covers were off, unsafe, needs painting, spots on the cover, not very attractive. Staff was nice.

The experience was comfortable. The staff were hospital and welcoming. They were able to answer all of my needs during my two days.

No housekeeping provided during stay, which was not mentioned at check in. Only one small garbage can, which overfilled. No tissue or coffee pod refills etc. Breakfast offerings were very limited. Room had damage on door, wall, and bathroom door when we checked in - looked like a fight or break in happened. Mattress was very thin and hard, pillows were about as good as balling up a coat. Hotel did accommodate request for two rooms by each other, which was appreciated. Location is central to Lewiston or Clarkson. We stayed here several years ago and thought it was a good hotel at the time but seems to have gone downhill significantly.

Affordable, quiet, convenient location. I stayed for 3 nights. My trash was never emptied. Good thing I had extra trash bags to store my trash u see the sink.

The curtain in the room was falling down on one side so light at night came in the room Please don't use a bedskirt in a wheelchair accessible room! Bed wasn't a queen more like a double

Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was other people’s hair all over the shower. Stains on the sheets and comforter. And our room had a broken chair. The elevator had a sign saying you could get stuck in it. And our room key had to be ran multiple times to even get into our room. I will not be staying here ever again.

There was no hot water and they put us in worst room in the building, right next to lobby, stairs and laundry room. Don’t stay in room 106.
