Lobby was clean and modern but bathroom was old and worn out and dirty along baseboards and around toilet.

If you like mold in your shower, this is the place for you! They advertise free breakfast, but had no coffee for 2 out of a 2-day stay. Next door to a truck stop and near the airport. Low flying jets overhead made it pretty noisy. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied at all while we were there so cigarette butts on the ground were a common sight. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.

Hotel was ok staff was helpful..the door to our room the door didn’t work for the key card the entire time of our two night stay. Whenever we left together someone had to let us back in. Very inconvenient.. my husband and I took turns going to breakfast so we have to bother staff to let us back in. We were told multiple times that it was going to be fixed but never was

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our room was the type of room that horror movies are made of. The ceiling was stained and showed damage from a leaky roof. Our comforter smelled like **** and cigarettes and had a mold stain and cigarette burns. Our sheets and towels were damp. Our sheets and towels also smelled like **** and cigarettes. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The air conditioning unit was covered in mold. The lamp shade on the lamp was completely dilapidated and falling apart. When we arrived at 8 o’clock on Friday night, it took 15 minutes for anybody to come to the front desk to check us in.

For some unknown reason, our prepaid Travelocity booking from Aug 11 did not go through to the property. Having driven 10 hours, we were initially told there were only smoking rooms available and that we would have to pay an additional full price including $30 upcharge as the reservation was lost. The manager was able to get us a non-smoking room although it still smelled of smoke. After about an hour, the front desk informed us the reservation had finally popped in and we would be credited the double pmt and upcharge.
