The place was really great for the travelers who’s going to take planes. However, the price was quite expensive compare to its quality. Good for the airport users.

The walls are not soundproofed, the public and next door rooms are noisy, the hygiene in public places is poor, the pipes in the shower next door are loud in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep, the air conditioning facilities are old, and the temperature when entering the room is very hot

Always like this place for easy access to the airport. Shuttle runs on time snd front desk staff is always pleasant.

Waited for the airport shuttle for two hours in freezing cold temps. Called the front desk multiple times.

Had to wait 50 min for shuttle in the middle of the night(after being told 10 min, had to call back after waiting 30 min-multiple calls with no answer. When night attendant finally answered the phone he made it seem like I was annoying him). Night attendant was rather rude on phone and checkin so very poor first impression. Hallways are not nice, but room was clean and basically fine (very loud fridge noises:). Housekeeping staff was nice. No food available on site in AM beyond chips and sodas in machines. Bed was comfy though!

The only hotel that has no local calls. I was very hungry and could not call anywhere locally
