Tibet Hotel

The hotel is very new, quiet and comfortable to stay in, with convenient transportation. There are many food stores and tea shops around it.

The room was spacious and clean. The waiter was very nice. I just arrived in Lhasa and was a little tired. The waiter also gave me apples, which was a timely help! It quenched my thirst and relieved my fatigue. I would suggest that the water bottle was too small and not enough to drink.

The location is quiet and bustling. It only costs more than 10 yuan to take a taxi to the main attractions. The room is spacious, bright and sunny. I like the big floor-to-ceiling windows the most. The mountain view is beautiful. It is cost-effective and worth recommending. The hotel service staff are very good. The housekeeper added WeChat and sent messages every day to care about our health. The cleaning lady 033 has a good attitude and keeps the hygiene very clean. The only drawback is that the oxygen supply time is from 10 pm to 2 am. We arrived in Lhasa on the first day for 24-hour oxygen supply. We planned to stay in the room to watch the scenery, drink tea, and wait for the altitude sickness before going out. Later, Ctrip communicated with the hotel and sent oxygen. I like the service of Ctrip and the hotel👍🏻

Don’t choose a useless hotel! ! ! I chose this hotel when I returned to Lhasa. It is said to be marked as a four-star hotel, but I personally think it is not up to the level it should be. The service level is super poor, the hotel environment is average, and the sound insulation effect is very poor. Choose with caution. 1. No one answered the hotel’s contact number on Ctrip. The hotel’s location is at the very back and it’s hard to find. 2. When you move your luggage after arriving at the hotel, the hotel staff completely ignores you. When I asked if you would like to take the luggage cart down later, they directly told me that you can just put it on it yourself, without any intention of pushing it up for me. 3. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and a phone call next door can be clearly seen like a quarrel. 4. Before I checked out, the hotel staff came to open the door of my room and asked for cleaning. It was really great. They were chasing guests away. 5. The front desk was aware of the situation of self-driving and did not inform me that I needed to register the license plate number when I went out. As a result, I was unable to drive into the VIP building because I was in a hurry and had to pay an extra 25 yuan for parking. Super bad review! ! !

Facilities: The room is big enough and fully equipped. Hygiene: Hope to improve, some places have hair that has not been cleaned. Environment: The scenery outside the window is pleasing to the eye. Service: The front desk service will answer any questions and respond to any requests. If you want to travel to Tibet in winter, you can definitely choose this four-star hotel. It is less than 250 including breakfast. What else do you want? The room is clean and hygienic. When you open the automatic curtains, you can see the snow-capped mountains. It is wonderful to wake up every day! There are many advantages, but also disadvantages. The breakfast is very bad. It was my first time in Lhasa and I was not used to eating breakfast. There were no hot dishes and no bread. It was just enough to satisfy my hunger. I hope the management can see some improvements! ! !

The room is clean. Oxygen is supplied after 8 o'clock every day. The heating is sufficient. The view on the 7th floor is good. It is a worthwhile experience.
