We spent 4 nights with a child on wheelchair. Everything was suitable for him. The personal was specialy kind. Food is splendid. You can feel,that somebody really cares. We will come back, I am sure in that. Regards

We've booked one week in the Villa Sorriso. This is such a beautiful Hotel that we decided after the first 24 hours to extend our holidays and now we stay two weeks in a Superior Room with a balcony. The Room is new renovated exactly as it was shown and described on the Homepage. The whole staff is very heartful and every wish is fulfilled. The Restaurant Terrazza Sorriso has a beautiful sight and the beach is just two steps away. The food is excellent that's why we booked full board. The owner Matteo and Deborah are a very nice couple. The way they act gives you the feeling of beeing at home. We are enjoying our holidays very much!!Grazie mille a tutta la squadra!

Tourist trap alert ! This hotels promises gold and gives you the worst, so you have to pay for extras. We booke a Suite Deluxe with front sea view, and got a room above the parking with view into a wall. Booked 4 sunbeds, got 2 Rentalcar was damaged by the staff in the hotel-parking. They blamed us. Etc etc etc. The hotel is ran by a man called Matteo, that is bulliyng his staff in such a bad way that they look like beaten dogs around him and act very afraid. Authorities should probably have a look at the way this establishment is ran - that is how bad it was. Take a look at the pictures enclosed of what you get when you book Suite Delux Front Seaview…

The food is good although the menu card is always the same. Courteous staff. Good location and veranda used as a restaurant, facing the sea. Expensive and poorly maintained hotel structure, certainly not classifiable among the 4 stars. Cramped bathroom and no bidet, dated carpeting everywhere!!! Experience not to be repeated

das hotel verdient meiner meinung nach keine vier sterne: das personal an der reception spricht kaum oder gar nicht deutsch obwohl die mehrheit der gäste aus deutschland und österreich kommt! drei tage lang funktionierte das deutschsprachige tv gar nicht, das italienische nur zeitweise (fußball-em!!!) auf reklamationen wurde nur mit schulterzucken reagiert. die zimmerbeschreibung auf der website stimmt mit der realität nicht überein, es gab keinen großen kleiderschrank sondern lediglich eine garderobenwand (mittleres foto), das angebliche schlafsofa gab es überhaupt nicht. das dritte foto zeigt die untere seite des balkons der oberen etage .... das einzig positive war das frühstück - hier wurden wir gleich zweimal mehr oder weniger freundlich um unsere zimmernummer gefragt. offensichtlich hielt man uns für "gratisblitze". weiters ist anzumerken daß es - obwohl die ersten vier reihen am strand fast leer waren - nur einen platz in der fünften reihe gab. man wies darauf hin daß ich ja reklamieren hätte können - wissen die nicht bescheid über die belegung am strand? ich hatte den eindruck daß die gäste dem personal mehr oder weniger egal waren und man reklamationen als störung empfand. einmal und nie wieder!!!!!

Nettes kleines Hotel super Frühstück direkt am Meer, bevor den Osterferien, wir haben es sehr genossen. Hallenbad sehr angenehmes warmes Wasser. Hotel voll gebucht da kickboxweltmeisterschaft in Jedolo. Sehr tierliebes Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder
