Great rooms and facilities. Breakfast is the best I've had in South America. Free use of computers and printing and two complimentary bottles of water. I think is the best trip to a hotel where I go .

So dirty, carpet old and smells, the walls is spelling, electric outlet is not working,the towels is old, the bath tub is high have to climb to get in, so so much noise in the middle of the night and don’t feel secure

It was o great opportunity to meet the best server of Lima: Gary Ibarra, who resolved all our questions, he proposed the best dishes and he was always smiling!!!! Well done Gary and thanks for your professionalism.

The hotel is well located near the main park of Miraflores, about 20’ walk to larcomar mall, 10’ walk to Maido, 5’ walk to Falabella mall and cinema. The bed and the tv are both in good conditions. Apart of that all the rest has not been maintained properly such as carpet, walls, furnitures, bathrooms and there is a big lack of lights!! I went to the gym once because I really wanted to work out but all machines are rusty and I m not sure someone is cleaning them. I took my swimsuit for a swim but it did not look appealing therefore I did not go inside. There is no laundry bag if you want to put your clothes for wash. I only asked to get fresh towels and it never arrives… seriously stay away from this property!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto dos mercados incas, de restaurantes, casa de câmbio, praça..., porém está velho. Nosso vôo chegou bem tarde (meia noite) e não tinha serviço de quarto para pedirmos um lanche. O café da manhã é bem fraco pro padrão brasileiro. Foi a segunda vez da minha mãe nesse hotel e ela disse que em 2019, quando se hospedou, era bem melhor. Precisa ser modernizado.

Excelente ambiente. Buena opción para relaj**** ,distraerse y salir un poco de las rutinas. La atención fue A1 en especial los exquisitos tragos preparados por nuestro amigo Bartender Gary Ibarra. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir,no lo piensen. Hay variedad de actividades de recreación. Yupiiii.

He probado el servicio de Restaurant de Inkari suites de San Isidro (avenida Perez Aranibar) y me llamó mucho la atención el excelente servicio desde la persona que apoya en la puerta, los meseros, la persona del mostrador y hasta la señorita que registra las comandas. Todos educados, empáticos, prestos ayudar en cualquier tema al pendiente aunque no le competa. Muy difícil de lograr en una sóla empresa por lo que decidí hacer este comentario porque lo vale y ellos sientan que su trabajo da frutos: la satisfacción del cliente y su fidelidad. Acudo con mi amiga todos los días a almorzar y lo seguiremos haciendo. Muchas gracias!
