I found this hotel in the list of top 10 dog friendly hotels and booked it. After a 10 h drive we arrived and heard they do not accept dogs. The receptionist pretended not to speak English - sent us away (he even did NO effort whatsoever to understand our solve the problem) and did not reimburse my prepaid room. It was a cold and unfriendly experience. Never again!

Loved it. Of course the age shows, but it gains in charm, plus the swimming pool is priceless at 5pm

We stayed at Santiago for 4 nights while visiting friends. The hotel is close to pretty much everything around Linares. Friendly staff.

Con seguridad la peor experiencia en años, si no tienes otra opción es preferible ayunar. Salón poco acogedor, servicio deficiente, calidad de la comida pésima y precio desorbitado. A esto hay que añadir que han tardado mas de 2 horas en servir la comida con tiempos superiores a 20 minutos entre platos.

La estancia muy bien el términos generales ,solo 2 cosas por mejorar ,lo que es la.cafeteria por la tarde que no había nadie y el gimnasio que es escaso y antiguo ,se tiene que renovar ,por lo demás todo bien,y la gente majísima.

Servicio muy básico. Una sola persona atendía todo. La habitación 301 olía mucho a humo y pedí cambio. La 308 olía igualmente mal. La otra pareja pidió también cambio y la nueva, la 310 olía igualmente mucho a tabaco. Mucha casualidad. Refleja en mi opinión poca limpieza.
