The staff was great, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We discovered water on the floor after the first night, apparently leaked from the wall. Once reported, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The TV did not work in the second room and once reported, they immediately addressed that.
We later found the toilet was leaking in this room, we did not want to move again so we wrapped towels around it and reported it when we checked out.
The facilities were clean, looked like a reasonable new building.

The hotel was good. The beds were decent yet comfortable, the bathrooms were large and adequate. The only downsize was the AC wasn’t working properly. The hotel features like dining for breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was not heated till basically out trip was over.

Breakfast was amazing it was hot and fresh. The waffles were delicious and the room was so clean and smelled amazing . The housekeepers were so nice and friendly. Even the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful

We normally stay with Best Western-Lindsay on a regular basis when we take a trip to see our kids/grandkids in Lindsay, Ok. Tiffany, one of the employees is very helpful and kind. They do their best to accommodate us each time. The rooms are always clean and if there is something not right they will take care of it. Very comfortable, quiet and breakfast is always good.

Would most certainly recommend this hotel for business or personal trips. Hotel was clean, staff was outstanding. Location was central to all my needs and easily accessible. Hotel property looks very nice and well kept

The city street entrance was terrible. The concrete was all broken up. If you did not enter dead center our minivan would scraped bottom. Even at slow speed.
