開業很多年了，老酒店了，不過紅枕給我的感覺在整體往下滑，不管是硬件，服務都不理想，1、坐式服務，進大堂得去找服務員，可能是我個子太矮了？2、房間的布草陳舊，特別舊，家裡的抹布比它新。3，傢俱，衞生間陳舊，破壞嚴重，沒有很好的維護、比如天花板破洞，後期貼上了一塊什麼東西，衞生間煙頭燙傷痕跡，水跡嚴重。4、免礦水衹有兩瓶，多要的要收錢，你房價都高成那樣了，還在乎兩瓶水？5、房間內電話設定不合理，不清楚，直接按前台鍵是打不到前台的。
