They knew I was coming alone, even though they asked me several times, and they still charged me the city tax for four people! When I complained, I was practically ignored. The staff was rude and not trying to help at all. I got late to a business dinner because I haven’t received any email about the password to access my room. In sum: a disaster. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate in this business if they think it’s all about setting high tech dorms.

酒店自身設施很破舊、房間很臟很臟很臟，位置也不方便離最近的地鐵站步行要十五分鐘（還要爬坡）。攜程目前的海外協調與溝通能力退化嚴重，工作人員的語言和表達能力有限，並弄出了很多烏龍，最後的結果是我拖着無處安放的行李箱，在寒風中等待了四個小時！特別提醒大家：1、這間公寓酒店沒有行李存放服務 2、不是每間房間都有洗衣機，如有需要要提前備註 3、攜程官網那些照片已經許久未核實更新了，實際差距較大，設施設備備註也很不準確 4、城市税本來是依照實際入住人數來繳納的，但攜程為了省事，每張訂單都按照滿員頂格收取，最後還是要靠自己和酒店溝通調整回來 5、和攜程客服的對話要截屏保存，如遇不認賬的時候也好有個證據。

El apartamento estaba nuevo y muy limpio, con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días en Lisboa. Está muy cerca del metro. El WiFi funcionaba muy bien, televisión con muchos canales, plancha, etc. Nuestras estancia allí fue muy agradable.

房間挺大，住宿比較舒服，衞生也很好，很適合家庭旅行，入住是自助入住，沒有前台接待，見不到服務人員，操作程序比較繁瑣。因為著急退房，不慎把充電線遺落在房間，之後也沒聯繫到房東。

We only stayed 1 night due to flight layover so I really can't give a proper review . the apartments were very clean and well stocked. the only concern was the ceiling had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom..had to put down a pan to catch dripping water.
