From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with an exceptional level of service that made my stay unforgettable. The warmth and friendliness of the staff were noticeable from the get-go, setting a welcoming atmosphere that lasted throughout my visit. The room I stayed in was not just a place to sleep, but a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. It was beautifully appointed, blending comfort with elegance, and every detail seemed carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. But the pleasant surprises didn't stop at the room. The staff's helpfulness and attentiveness were exemplary. Whether it was providing directions to local attractions, accommodating special requests, or simply offering a friendly greeting in the morning, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a team so committed to ensuring that every aspect of your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast offered each morning was another highlight of my stay. It went far beyond the standard fare, with a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of hot and cold dishes, everything was prepared to perfection. The quality of the food, coupled with the pleasant dining environment, made it the perfect way to start each day.

I loved our stay here! Very quiet area, but close to transit. I felt very safe here too. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way for us. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Had the most amazing time at The Vintage Hotel and Spa. Staff wonderful and just couldn’t do enough for us, breakfast beautifully put together and the roof top bar is lovely. All round perfect stay, the epitome of understated cool luxury.

A first class experience at this hotel over Halloween 2023. The property is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The staff were individually and collectively fantastic - attentive, helpful and friendly.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. They made our visit special with dinner and sightseeing recommendations. The room was super - size and facilities. The loo is a little echo chamber which is a bit odd. It’s a little walk (quite a hill) from the centre but a quiet area … lovely local restaurants. Breakfast is good. No option to use towels more than one day hence the eco rating. Only real downside is the spa facilities including the pool and gym have to be booked in advance - only 4 guests at a time so very limited access (at least the day before generally) and not that easy to book.

It was a great stay. It was out of the way of the busy area but close enough to walk everywhere. Noce rooftop. Only negative is how dark the rooms were, but beds were comfortable and shower was amazing.
