Proximity to the center. Friendly staff at the reception

It was an amazing stay. From the beginning at the reception upon check-in with John. He was a great host and very knowledgeable and helpful to guide us during our stay. He provided a customized map by the hotel which was very handy and helpful. Also all the other team were amazing, Carolina and all the other members that I don’t remember their names

I don’t often leave reviews, mostly out of laziness. But this hotel was wonderful. Charming, friendly, comfortable. I wish I could have stayed more than just one night. Oh and perfectly located.

Staff was exemplary and went above and beyond to help me thru check in and during my stay. I liked them so much I stayed several more days and will stay again before I depart Portugal! Great rooms, wine, water and breakfast included!

If you click on this hotel, book it, its unique, with amazing staff and very central. Round the corner from an metro stop too, great breakfast.

Fantastic property with great breakfast, fabulous staff and really nice rooms Beware that the central aircon means rooms can't control heating or cooling bur the team tried their best to solve the problem for me.

I needed a place to stay and write, and the deluxe suite was probably the most extravagant and beautiful room I’ve stayed in. Absolutely amazing! I felt like Marie Antoinette ;) Enjoyed the breakfast a lot, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Got a lot of work done and will most definitely be back!

All I wanted was a cool room with good TV to crash in before I flew home. This was not the hotel for that. No air on an 85 degree day (it had been switched over for the season), 3 channels of TV, all of which were news, and a hard bed. On the bright side, the staff were very nice and France has an absolutely amazing English language news station. Lesson learned: Know your needs and check in advance . If you're temperature sensitive make sure you're renting a hotel that has air conditioning capabilities year around. Summary: Great location, super nice staff, but not a place for rest or luxury.
