Radisson Blu Hotels in Lisbon

We enjoyed our week long stay here. Located next to Rossio train station, 10 minute walk to the water and many fine restaurants. Room was bight, however our standard room was a little small but didn’t take away from the property. Many days we were left, cakes, nuts, fruit etc. My only problem was the lack of English TV. CNN was not available.

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.

I appreciated how this hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice after the original hotel I had booked with canceled my reservation. The rate was reasonable and it was located where I needed to be. The Grand Lisboa Hotel is part of a chain of VIP hotels in Lisbon. It was quite clean but slightly run down. The room was basic and since I just needed to sleep and shower, it was fine. All the money has been put into the bathroom with modern fixtures. The bathtub is high and slippery. There was no mat to prevent falling and stepping out of the tub felt a bit precarious. The rest of the room was spare. The bed was quite firm. A table and chair in the room had some sort of dried spill on them. Bottled water was complimentary. I did not make use of the bar or restaurant facilities whilst there. To change money, on goes to a sister hotel, the VIP Zurich-walking distance-and receives a poor exchange rate. Live and learn. The service, overall, is helpful. I was given suggestions, directions, maps, etc. All the things one expects from those in the hospitality business happened. No complaints, there.

A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to create a truly happy time. I left very impressed with the service, from the smallest details, to always smiling and not hesitating to deal with any difficulties for us. Although I met new faces on a rotational basis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their warm smiles and friendly guidance were common features to me. The staff in charge of ordering and serving breakfast were extremely friendly, and I was happy with the service I received no matter what my requests were. My wife and I were very happy to be able to start our honeymoon, which had been postponed due to the coronavirus, in a truly magical hotel. Hotel sales have achieved great results every year... If I go to Lisbon again, I will definitely visit that hotel. 1. Location: There is absolutely nothing better. It's an alley right next to the square, so it's safe and you can go there late at night, but be careful because there are homeless people on the opposite side of the street (no need to go there;;) 2. Hygiene: Once you go on a real trip, it is very clean, almost like a new hotel. 3. Service: The most perfect in the world 4. Facilities: The space between the bed and the front shelf is a little narrow, but the bathroom is spacious (you can sleep) and the space next to the bed is spacious. Stayed in August for 3 nights. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived late in the evening and didn't want to eat out so ate in the bar/restaurant. The guy in there was brilliant, so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble and the food was great. Likewise the breakfast staff, especially the other guy. The coffee to die for, better than I've had anywhere. Would definitely stay in a Vincii again, and definitely stay in this one if in Lisbon.

The hotel location is very good, located in the center of the old town, a few steps to the shopping center, there are many attractions nearby, even walking distance, the room layout and design is very good, the facilities are very good, the hotel service is very good, especially the kids club , Very suitable for family travel, breakfast is very rich, everything is very beautiful, but I think the shower settings need to be improved, should not have a bathtub, it is not convenient for children and the elderly to take a bath, in fact the bathtub is very impractical.

Perfect location with the hotel about 20 walk downhill into town centre or 2 minute walk to the Metro - Marques de Pombal. We used a viva viagem card for zapping our way around . Can get anywhere in Lisboa really quickly and cheaply . Rooms were spotless and kept that way during our stay . Room could have done with a chest of drawers or some drawers in the bedside tables as storage was not generous. Breakfast was a simple but tasty buffet with hot or cold choices. Staff worked hard to refresh buffet and keep the tables free. Place is all you need for a good base to explore Lisboa.

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.
