The staff was absolutely amazing!! Room was clean, location was great and it was my granddaughter bday the staff was so sweet to her. She just loved them saying happy bday and letting her get snacks. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Overall, I will definitely stay there again.

I like the easy check in, no additional fees. Parking was excellent. Very quiet establishment. Only thing didn't like was that the Elevator needed make over.

I like the stationary liquid toiletries. Breakfast was nice. Too many night lights. Thermostat did not work properly.

Decent and comfortable stay at this hotel. My only issue was that the WiFi was not working at all and I was unable to connect through any device. I was also charged a fee at check I was unaware of at all which the concierge did not really explain. Overall no complaints and I would stay again.

The room wasn’t as clean as I’d like Parking very limited Room had a slight odor Towels hard and not adequately stocked The staff that checked us in was very professionally others not so much Wasn’t a very enjoyable stay

Staff members were great, there was renovations In progress but minimal disturbances breakfast variety was great no complaints at all will def recommend

My stay was fabulous, Hotel was Beautiful and clean, quiet and conveniently located to everything we needed. Staff super friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Staff was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. Very convenient to airport.

Even though the property was under renovations, the room was clean and the hotel was decent. We were in town for the NASCAR race in Hampton so barely in the room as we were out touring the town. Bed was comfortable, ac worked great and the room was really clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Especially since I know it will be all new and clean. :-)

The stay was great. The only issue was the breakfast. The ran out of food pretty quick.

I would not recommend until renovations are complete. We were on the 2nd floor and the smell of cleaner or materials was penetrating our room also. No big trashcans near the old elevators either, for our own cleanup efforts.

We got there about 30 minutes early and they let us check in.
