All of the negative reviews listed back until Fall 2023 are true. Do not stay here. Room was misrepresented. I called to inquire directly to the location about regular versus deluxe rooms. Was told it would have a sofa. Not true. Staff helpful and blamed it on a booking site I didn't use. Staff not helpful in general. Blood on a washcloth, tub dirty, holes in wall, pool filthy, hot tub still out of order. Breakfast dismal.

The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub jets didn't work and too hot to sit in. Swimming pool was too cold to get in. They did bring a new remote for TV but volume didn't work. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was dirty and the tub was plugged so if you showered you would be standing in a pool of water. The lady that checked me in was super rude. Left a key at the front desk for my husband cause he was coming in later and I was not going to be there and front desk claimed there was no key for him and said they would let him in this one time. Never again I’ll drive from Brainerd or St.Cloud!

Our room waa great. Very comfortable beds and the room itself, as well as the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast wasn't real exciting but was ok.

Details were lacking. Only 1 coffeee packet, no liner for ice bucket, hot tub not working, etc. Breakfast was awful. bare minimum selection. For $10 bucks more you can stay at Courtyard across the street.

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down...I think we all look forward to using the pool on hotel stays, the price should be reduced if the pool and hot tub are down!!

Hot tub was not working and has not been working the last 2 times we have stayed here. Mix up at check in , gave us the wrong room and we had to switch. Other problems were a broken room coffee maker and watery coffee in the lounge/ breakfast pot! Waffle maker was not working properly as it hadn’t been turned on and someone had left a mess in it.
