Great location, rooms were very spacious and had great amenities

I travel 2 of 4 weeks each month on business. From check in to checkout this property exceeded my expectations and I am a bit of a business class connoisseur. I like to get the maximum value for the least cash outlay. My business partners and I will more certainly return.

Hotel debit customer account without any reason although we prepaid our trip. Never got refund for money that was without any reason debit our credit card by hotel. Upon back n forth manager Clinton said he refunded the money but we never got money back almost a month. Don’t know why hotel debit the customer credit card when its prepaid by in advance through booking at trip. Com. It’s disappointing to see such big companies can play around to Trick customers and put customers responsible for doing booking online instead direct to hotel.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean great layout. It's pretty quiet for the most part despite one night a couple was having a domestic situation that they worked out finally around 4AM. The breakfast menu is kinda simple compared to other hotels. It is a pretty solid hotel all in all.

This hotel was nice

I will not stay at this hotel again. I patronized their business 3 times this month and never was I charged a 290 dollar holding fee until tonight. The reason: The night manager claims it’s because I have an Arkansas DL. Mind you I’ve stayed at this hotel several times this month already and never did the day managers charge me this fee. I drove 6 hours to get here and to be held a charge of 290 is a problem for me because I could be using it elsewhere like helping my mother who is sick in the hospital. I currently live in Texas and visit my mother who is ill in Arkansas. Hence, the reason why I still have a Arkansas DL. If this was your policy it should have been addressed the first time I stayed at your hotel. The night manager also stated that she could not find records of my past stay. I showed her the records and the receipts from my last 3 previous stays this month. It’s sad a customer have to go through that for proof. I feel like I was discriminated against because I hold an Arkansas DL! Why would you have a holding fee for people who reside in the same state? I can see if it was an incidental fee. This is absurd and just terrible! Someone recommended this hotel to me, however I should have stayed with the one I am accustomed to. The Hilton would Never!

This is our preferred hotel when we travel to visit family twice a year! It is top-notch all the way around.
