The location was nice and the room was nice but it felt as the staff had never experienced non-Chinese customers. Although I booked the hotel, my Chinese had to give them his phone number. Also with my passport, although I showed them everything they needed to see, they were still questioning me.

過來滑雪的，酒店還不錯，涼都補償後才245，平時協議價都是360，很划算，位置不錯，100米就是萬達商場，逛街吃飯方便，去梅花山自駕30分鐘

酒店位於新市政府對面，位置不錯，旁邊不遠就是萬達，吃東西很方便。酒店房間比較寬，也安靜，附加值很高，有健身房和游泳館，羽毛球場地。早餐很豐盛，非常值。配的飲水也很有特色，小瓶山泉水有點甜。推薦！

非常不好，平常不管去哪裡玩早餐都是帶起兩個小朋友去的，都沒有收費，今天去吃可能來晚了基本上都沒有了，服務員還説衹準兩個去，算了，大涼都的旅遊水平服務上不去也真不怪

誇張了，下雪天，小朋友特別興奮，打起了雪仗，不小心把雪弄到門口，ok，馬上有在門口讓出示健康碼的服務員説，這個打掃過，再弄上雪就罰款！？！？！拜託，確實是我們家小朋友沒注意，你説一聲我們馬上改正！但是不至於説要罰款？balabala。。。。服務態度：一顆星！！

水平，印象最深的是一個年輕男服務員，車到後主動用行李車幫我們把行李運到了房間，中間辦入住手續時一直在旁邊耐心的候着，無聲的行為給人暖心的感覺，抵消了前台妹子生硬的話語帶來的無奈。早餐將就吧
