一到酒店辦入住 就聞到一股臭味 （後面才知道是旁邊的廁所發出的 本來想上廁所 哇這個廁所的是💩多無疑臭必定每個中獎 嚇都給你嚇跑了）前台一女的員工 死氣沉沉 服務態度差 愛答不理的 是欠你💰了還是咋了 都説前台代表的是酒店的門面 不過也是啦 進房間那一刻 發現和酒店蠻搭的
房間衞生超級差勁馬桶這麼顯眼的臟 往邊邊看還有一點點💩噁心死了 還要自己搞衞生 床頭也是 一顆顆的臟東西 門安全鎖鏈估計壞了 都不修 別的不説 我是真的沒見過酒店洗個澡 水是越來越深 整個廁所都是水 兩個排水孔都堵了 排都排不出去 還差點滑倒 這種安全隱患 摔了算誰的？ 上個廁所 出去真的是搞的房間也濕噠噠的 這服務和衞生安全真的不介意女孩子住 還大酒店？？和賓館有的一拼 這酒店好像是和旅遊團合作的 住的大部分都是一些叔叔阿姨 不要網上的圖片給騙了

房間感覺翻新裝修了看起來很新，乾淨整潔。打車方便。就是衞生間好像有點味道。樓下早茶味道店還可以。

房間乾淨衞生，床也超大，訂的商務間，熱水夠大就是有點燙人。需交壓金200元，樓下是一個廣式早茶餐廳，吃飯方便品種也多。去龍潭公園柳侯公園也近

房間衞生設施都挺好的，就是隔音有一丟丟差，早上保潔人員在門外聊天在屋子裡面會被吵到，，，，，，。。。

設施：設施感覺蠻老舊的，畢竟這個酒店開業時間很長了，不過設施還算齊全。
衞生：衞生還不錯。我強烈建議在房間裏放的一次性浴巾和馬桶墊標上“自費”的大字，而不是僅利用商品包裝袋上的“建議零售價15元”作為提醒房客這是自費項目。畢竟15一條的浴巾我能在網上15能買到好幾條，3元一個的馬桶墊簡直是太劣質，我花9.9能買到50個質量更好的。
環境：環境很好，正門就有一條燒烤街，萬達就在附近，距離周邊景區和柳州站也就兩三公里，打車還是不錯的選擇。酒店一樓還有一家餐廳，吃了一次早茶，不誇張的説紅米腸是我吃過的最好吃的，就是一壺茶需要額外收費20是我不能理解的，畢竟茶位費本身就包括了茶水的費用。
服務：服務人員態度都挺好的。

其他都好，就是入夜後對面馬路的大排檔較吵，對睡眠要求高的會很慘，入住前可向總枱要求房間背靠馬路一側。衞生間水量大，用起來舒服。
