Location and service , especially breakfast, was not satisfactory however a nice new clean hotel. Room quite clean and comfy just a small inconvenience…2 floors hotel only .

酒店整體東南亞風格，有自己的停車場，退房可以詢問前台拿停車票。第二次入住了，五一出行，訂房比較晚，在各家酒店都是普遍漲價的形勢下，該酒店性價算是比較高的，我們訂的含雙早的，早餐品種豐富，在花園餐廳户外就餐體驗感非常好！

來柳州固定入住的酒店。首先，位置很好。對面就是萬象城，門口有適合孩子玩的遊樂場，商場裏的桂小廚和酸嘢都超級美味；第二，酒店有設計感，服務很細緻貼心；第三，親子房足夠三大一小，甚至再多一人也住的下；第四，尤其要誇早餐，餐廳外就是花園，就餐環境很愜意。葷素搭配的早餐選擇很多，1.2米以下的孩子還免費暱；距離工業博物館，龍潭公園，步行街都很近。有停車場，車位充足，自駕很方便

1、訂的是榻榻米的房型，去了之後説給我們升級，説沒有榻榻米了。然後我們講本來就是想住榻榻米 所以才訂了這個房型，不明白沒有房為什麼還能預訂，所以後來又説有房了，前後説辭不一。 2、早餐送一張券可以理解，多要一張券的價格太貴，主要是早餐品種不划算，太少。 3、因為老公工作性質因素，下午想延遲退房，超時的費用我們出，雖然前台的小哥哥給我們延到了下午三小時，這是非常感謝的，可是最終我們下午四點才退房，酒店不能按照每個小時超時的費用來收，直接按半天房費收取，不是很變通，這在柳州來説是極少部分酒店的操作。 4、總體來説，酒店設施、客房舒適度還是很不錯的，比較安靜，吃的逛的很方便，衹是前面三點 體驗不好，但是每個酒店都有自己的經營管理方式，我們覺得不好可以下次不去，酒店管理模式有自己的想法

酒店環境很好，也比較安靜，住在二樓外面也沒有什麼噪音。吃飯也很方便，附近就是萬象城。酒店服務很不錯，前台還送了小童洗髮水和沐浴露，而且有自助的咖啡機。房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒適

假期到柳州旅遊酒店選了很久還是挑了這家
前台的姐姐還給免費升級了房間，這家的浴缸好大好大，泡的太舒服了！
還有一點很滿意的是酒店的水温非常非常非常穩定！調冷暖水温反應都非常迅速
酒店位置還不錯 旁邊就是萬象城每天都能外賣阿嬤手作哈哈哈 出入景點打車基本是十來塊錢
入住時管家還很貼心給了一份旅遊攻略 早餐出品也挺好的
總體感受很不錯，下次來還會選擇這家~

臨時入住的酒店，位置在萬象城旁邊，吃飯逛街很方便，酒店服務員態度非常好，很熱心幫我解決了一些私人問題，晚上休息時候周邊也很安靜，床也很舒服，下次還會再選擇

走廊有一股嚴重的黴味，地毯感覺很久沒有打理過了。
房間內空調不好使，不能製冷或制熱，商家給出的原因是：有的客人説冷，有的客人説熱，所以我們就把空調全關了，改成了循環系統。
床頭插座設計不合理，插座和總控開關隔得太近，如果插充電器的話就會碰到總控開關，房間就會全屋熄燈，不過好在店家給了插排，還可以。
最不能接受的是，3月份，旅遊淡季，四星，而且還將近400一宿的酒店，房間內配的水是冰露……
衞生間保潔沒做到位，盥洗池裡有明顯的污垢，懷疑是保潔阿姨在裏面洗拖布。而且馬桶開膠了，上廁所都在晃來晃去的，非常鍛鍊核心力量👍
