Prestige Stay Aparthotel - 27 Stanley Street Party Apartments

This is brilliantly located but it is noisy. It is part of the 'rainbow quarter' and we were there on a Monday and Tuesday. People partied until the early hours!!! Our apartment was clean but we had no hall light or no bathroom light. I flagged this and nothing was done. Also, I was staying with my daughters. The inside postbox / cage thing looked like it had been smashed in, the was bin juice all over the halls and stairs, the bin cupboard STANK and so did the dirty linen left on the stairs. Really not up to standard and certainly not very welcoming. I would not stay here again.

This company also cancelled my Eurovision weekend booking that I had booked several months ago, citing "long term guest overbooking". Looking at all these other reviews, I can see this was a big fat lie. They have cancelled our booking due to sheer greed. Absolutely shocking way to do business. They have completely ruined our trip.

absolutely horrific. they literally have no reception area. it is literally a tiny desk cramped into the entrance. no chairs to sit down on, no space to walk around, no table to put your things at, nowhere like a normal reception would have, you jsut awkwardly stand in the doorway. the rooms are bland and plain, very cheaply put together,they listed the wrong phone number on their google business page too. horrendous experience.

As you will read elsewhere these are definitely not to be trusted, booked in good faith months ago and just cancelled on us , and do not reply to emails DO NOT USE. They should be booted off all the booking sites immediately.

Reservation for 5 people made 10 months ago has been cancelled due to 'long staying guests staying for the forseeable future'. Now it is going to cost us FIVE TIMES THE PRICE of our original booking to stay elsewhere. This is extremely disappointing behaviour & going by the most recent reviews this has happened to many others.

Booked for event 9 months in advance. They cancelled my booking 2 months after i had booked, stated they had overbooked rooms. Didn't reply to my communications. Vile behaviour and unreliable. Do not trust

Chose Stanley Street because of closeness to conference – booked for late September 2022. All OK until 2 hours before check-in - email telling me my booking had been transferred to a hotel 30 – 40 minutes away from the conference centre. I went to the studios to try to reason with them – this was unproductive. When asked why my booking had been changed with no reasonable notice or negotiation, the response was “I am not at liberty to disclose that” – a very succinct way of telling guests just how little they matter. They arranged for a taxi to take me to the Sefton Park Hotel. They agreed to pay for taxi but didn’t (£14). No room at that hotel – they had been told the wrong dates. Manager at Sefton Park drove me back himself (many thanks to him). All of a sudden, a room at the studios was found. That was 4 hours off hell I could have done without. Dirty nondescript room, filthy bath mat, cracked window, miniscule bathroom, lukewarm shower & blocked toilet. Was promised partial refund and reimbursement for taxi via *********** – of course these failed to materialise (as of 2 months later – thinks that’s enough time to know it ain’t ever going to happen).

Avoid! Booking cancelled to take advantage of Eurovision price hike. Received an email from *********** to let me know that three night stay booked months ago had been cancelled due to 'overbooking'. The reality is, since the booking was made, Liverpool is now the host city for Eurovision and they have decided to resell the room at a ridiculously higher price to take advantage of visitors. With no availability anywhere within the city for these dates, we have no alternative but to cancel our visit entirely due to their greediness.
