ANUE HOTEL

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Hoti found a very private and small hotel to vacation in. I didn’t want to be disturbed and just wanted to enjoy the scenery quietly. The hotel is located in beautiful Liyang, surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a unique artistic conception, which I like. When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! The housekeepers Shi Feng and Xiao Ping were very considerate and provided attentive and meticulous service, making me feel at home~ Since the hotel is still in a relatively new stage, there is still room for improvement - looking forward to better development!

I should have stocked up on a few more room coupons, ugh. . . I saw several public accounts recommending Ctrip’s package for 999 for 2 nights, but there were a lot of bad reviews on Ctrip. It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. When I was still thinking about buying it, I found that Ctrip had taken it off the shelves and only sold a few dozen copies. It was not very popular. Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing] The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try. I don’t know why Ctrip rated this store as five stars. The environment is really good, like a high-end hotel I booked 2 rooms and arrived at the store at 8 or 9 pm. There was no door. I dragged a few suitcases and found a door in the dark door. There was no one to guide me. Secondly, the staff's behavior was very irregular and they did not dress like they were at work. I would have wanted to run away if my girlfriend and I had not already booked the clothes and put them on the phone at the front desk with WeChat voice chat on... It was very hot when I first entered the room... I have never stayed in a hotel without turning on the air conditioner in advance... Four stars cannot be more... There were a few curly hairs on the bathroom floor after taking a shower at night... It was really disgusting... Afterwards After I went out to the car to get something and brought it back, the door of the hotel was still closed... After knocking for a long time, no one opened and finally I found my way... If you want to be listed as a five-star hotel, at least the service and hygiene should be like a five-star hotel... The decoration and environment are good. The hygiene and service make me feel like I am staying in a small B&B...

The design of the hotel is good, but the facilities are not good, the front desk service is a mess, the breakfast is not good, and the room design has many safety hazards. It is recommended that children choose carefully. It is recommended to choose other hotels

The rooms are average, the service attitude is extremely poor, and the environment is average. There is only hot water but not cold water for showering in this hotel at night. The hotel front desk has a bad attitude🐷. The hotel business procedures are not complete and the hotel is not open to the public even if the procedures are not complete. 整體入住體驗感還是很不錯的，給我們升級了房型，客房內的設計風格和佈局個人蠻喜歡的，望出去的湖景和山景個人比較偏愛（之前住過涵田度假村和WEI），沐浴備品是歐舒丹，吹風機是戴森，早餐是可以選擇去餐廳內或送到房間內用，我們是選擇送到房間內的，是set形式，不可以選擇（如果可以選擇就更好了，還是浪費了一點食物的，有點可惜），另外遇上天目湖鎮斷水半天，也能及時和我們溝通解決方案，管家（石鳳、徐桂芬）給我們提供酒店存水使用，一桶水拎過來的很辛苦。 可能是因為酒店還是較新，我認為仍有幾方面需要改進： 1、電梯裏新裝修的味道較重 2、入住的時候把我們帶領到了一間沒有打掃好的房間，可能和客房溝通之間有點問題 3、傍晚去酒店內財神廟的沿路上照明不好，很多燈沒有開，邊上又是湖且沒有護欄，希望下次去的時候能改善照明問題 4、入住後發現房間外有無人機在飛，不確定是酒店方還是其他客人，從私隱角度方面感受不好 5、晚上11點多仍聽到較吵的歌聲，但似乎酒店內應該是沒有唱K的地方，隔音不好 6、酒店內還有部分區域（別墅等）沒有裝修好，建議增設一些指示牌，不要讓客人走過去了，晚上到那邊附近也沒有亮燈比較瘮得慌 7、管家次日還預備了飲料礦泉水等給我們，不過我們退房較早也沒有拿到，建議這項體貼的服務可以交由前台提供會比較合適

真的太棒了！這是一次非常滿意的入住體驗。 整體評價：從入住到離開，每一個環節都讓人感覺舒適和愉悦。 房間設施：房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，傢俱擺設大方。各種設施一應俱全，且品質上乘，使用起來非常方便。 服務質量：工作人員熱情友好，服務周到細緻。無論是前台還是客房服務，都能及時滿足客人的需求。 餐飲體驗：餐廳提供的美食種類豐富，口味絕佳。食材新鮮，烹飪精湛，讓人回味無窮。 地理位置：地理位置十分優越，交通便利，周邊配套設施完善。 滿意度和推薦度：我對這次入住的滿意度非常高，以後有機會還會選擇這裏。同時，我也會毫不猶豫地向朋友們推薦。

特別滿意的一次旅行！住過的五星酒店也有幾十個了，難得遇到這麼用心的小而美。為了造景不惜代價，一定要選湖景房，窗外大片的水域和青綠的山坡無一不是酒店用心打造的“無用之美”。房間裏面的設施也是超級用心，戴森、感應馬桶、藍牙音響，餐食也很棒，份量感人且味道超讚（雞湯有點不太行哈），人均不到 200 吃的棒棒噠。冬天要是温泉開放一定會再來，給了所有選項全部五分！

酒店距離方所很近就在天目湖一號公路邊。再一片竹林中，公共區域很大有2個湖區，一個圍繞主樓走一圈有財神廟，教堂和茶林，竹林，散散步很不錯。另一個圍繞別墅羣，但是目前別墅羣還在建設中。酒店的温泉，小童遊樂區等都還沒建設好，比較失望。定了三個庭院房，都帶有庭院，其中1102房間特別的大，庭院衞生間都比一般的大，很意外，價格是一樣的。房間內還有空氣凈化器。早餐比較一般中規中矩，而且餐廳裏有股味道，不夠透氣。服務可以送行李到房間但是服務員都不會介紹下房間設施等，就感覺服務員不多。總之是個各方面都比較“新”的酒店。
