We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and arranged a taxi transfer and laundry for us. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed! It was 100m from the beach and a very easy walk into town.
We would definitely stay here again!

Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . Iโll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. ๐ I hope these measures can do a good job.

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

The Matahari Inn is definitely long past its prime! It was probably once a very good hotel, but it was simply not maintained and urgently needs a complete renovation!
The rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are also pleasantly large. However, you can see in the rooms that nothing has been renovated for a long time! Cracks in the tiles and the cleanliness is also rather below average! But this was still somewhat OK.
BUT the bathrooms are an absolute disgrace and it is actually impossible to rent rooms with bathrooms like that!
There were 3 couples of us, the same in all 3 rooms! All the fittings were rusty and corroded! In our bathroom the shower holder was broken, so the shower head always had to be held in our hand!
There was no soap at the sink, no glasses for the toothbrushes, and there was only one bath towel, no extra towel!
There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no spare.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but it is clear everywhere that the hotel management is absolutely inadequate!
When the rooms are โcleanedโ, only the beds are made, the bathroom is not cleaned at all!
At breakfast, the staff have to be repeatedly alerted when something is missing or finished! There were always enough service staff on hand, but no one checked independently whether everything was available.
The cups and especially the saucers were also very old and not inviting to drink your coffee from!
It is clear everywhere that the staff have not been trained and are not monitored or trained!
The junior manager told us that the hotel had been empty for 7 years and you can tell!
This hotel has so much potential as it is in an absolutely prime location, but as long as it is managed as it is currently, I can only say, never again!

The staffs were very helpful. Simple choice of breakfast menu but came with fresh fruit juice. Coffe and tea are provided all time at the dining area. Garden was mantained very well. We got the sasak room which was perfect to rest and had a spacious size. The bed was huge. Mattrass was fluffy with nice clean smell pillows. The shower room was great hot strong shower with strong water pressure. A very relaxing cocoon to stay as the surrounding was peaceful and quiet. Only 5 minutes drive/by scooter to central eateries area and supermarket in Kuta-Lombok. Over all a home far away from home and definitely will return again when visit Lombok.

This Villa is so amazing & heart melting, Although the road is still very narrow & hard to go through specially at night, but living 3 nights at the villa is perfectly nice & comfortable. Only thing missing is TV ๐คญ

This is a beautiful resort, however it is in the middle of nowhere and closes early. If you are looking for total relaxation, a secluded beach to yourself and to be tucked up in bed by 9pm then this is the place to come as it is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 14 day island hopping tour but we prefer more life. There were only about 4 other rooms of people staying and on our first night we went for dinner at 7pm. By 8.15pm we were the only ones left. by 8.30pm with breakfast set up around us is was clear it was time to go, so at we found ourselves back in our room drinking water when we are usually going out at that time! We went on a pre-arranged tour the next day and bought some drinks and snacks at a shop for the following night. The staff on the second two nights were much friendlier and the restaurant was open a bit later but still closed by about 9.15pm. The staff were really friendly but without many other guests it just lacked any kind of atmosphere or life. Hopefully as it gets busier it will feel much and stay open later as it deserves to be fully booked as the facilities and beach are wonderful.

Turns out it's already RedDoorz. So I'm even more sure because it's definitely okay. The rooms are spacious, I was surprised to get a room as good as this for 200k. Located in the middle of Mataram city right between Senggigi and the airport so it's okay.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

GGuest UserThis place a liitle out of the town but as only there 2 days it was lovely.The place is built on the side of cliff and it feels like you're in mkyono.The room was new and spacious and view is superb of the ocean.The king size bed ๐ was so comfortable and bathroom was huge. You need a golf cart to get to your room as too steep.The poolis lovely and theres a beach club too. Breakfast was nice and staff lovely throughout the resort but dinner food was okay,expensive and small serves. More international food then Indonesia food,which i prefer Indonesia food. Lovely resort to rest and relax.

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserStaff try very hard to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't incredibly fancy but it tasted good and had nice touches like actual wheat bread. Near lots of shops and street food, there's not a lot for tourists in this town but this is probably the best neighborhood to be in if you are passing through. The room was nice and clean, only bad part was the mattress needed replacement. Maybe as things things pick up post-pandemic they will fix that.

GGuest UserWe stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasnโt even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.

GGuest UserHotel is really quite nice and excellent value. Rooms are clean and made up each day. Beds are great and linen is as new.
Staff are super friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and hello.
Food is good. Breakfast has a lot of selection and is well presented. Lunch by the pool was very nice too.
Pool is excellent as is the beach in front of the hotel with direct access. But wear googles if you plan to spend much time underwater in the pool as the chlorine is present.
A nice selection of local eateries on the beach 400 m South of the hotel that are wonderful places to enjoy the sunset. Just use your phone to translate the menu and understand that they are alcohol free. But you can easily feed a family of four for 250K idr with dessert and drinks.
Drinks at the hotel pool bar are quite strong about half the price of Australia so good value. Mostly Indonesian clientele but everyone is very friendly.
We saw quite a few European guests but we were the only Aussies. Lombok certainly isn't overrun yet and is much quicker to get around than Bali.
Probably my only concern is that Senggigi as a location hasn't really recovered from the Covid shutdown yet. Great place to base yourself for Gili Islands, the Wild life park, White Water rafting, and the Waterfalls north of the main Volcano. But Not a heck of a lot to do in Senggigi itself.

GGuest UserMe & my boyfriend just came for breakfast here as the prices are super reasonable & we were so well looked after. The staff were lovely & so friendly & catered to our every need. We both had scrambled eggs on toast which also has some veg mixed in which is a nice touch & we ordered a tea with milk which were so yummy (which is hard to come by in Indonesia!) The tea was 10k & the scrambled eggs was 30k so it was amazing value. Recommend this spot for breakfast when in Gili T!

When discovering the Gili Islands you should experience the island life to the fullest. This can be done perfectly by staying in a beach cabin. We did so at Santorini Beach Resort and it defenitely was a fun experience! Each cabin has their own little terrace, a room with a bed, tv, desk & fridge and a bathroom with a shower. The hotel has a nice, refreshing pool and access to the beach. Bike rental is complimentary which is amazing! We can highly recommend using this service as itโs the way to explore the island and discover all it has to offer. Breakfast is freshly made in the morning depending on what you desire which is such a nice service. Thank you for the wonderful time at the island Santorini Beach Resort !
