Motel Malpensa Inn & Hotel-Airport

Actually I give this dump a zero rating. I booked and paid in advance. We arrived at 1915; the gate was locked, the bell did not work and even though the lights were on no one answered the telephone and nor did they respond to an email asking for urgent assistance. They are clearly crooks and should be put out of business. We had no alternative other than to find alternative accommodation.

We picked malpensa inn as just needed to spend a night near Malpensa airport Milan in transit , but it was wrong choice on many fronts 1. It’s not very near the Malpensa airport .. The taxi one way took euro 68 . 2. It’s in the middle of nowhere..and has no in house restaurant ( and no places to eat nearby also ) .. so had to depend on Deliveroo app for food and that was also showing only one or two options for delivery . 3. The first floor room was decent size but half the room had a very low slanting roof that was quite uncomfortable 4. The pros was a big bathroom with running hot water and clean towels 😊

Stayed here after flight from Edinburgh overnight very nice hotel and nice staff, lovely and quiet and not too far away was restaurants etc only slight negative was distance from airport 25 euro in taxi but we found out they do a shuttle service which we used back to catch train into Milan 18 euro for two

Last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and very nice and pleasant overnight stay at Hotel Malpensa Inn. 5-10 minute drive from Malpensa Terminal 1. Efficient professional check in, basic but super clean room, with a comfortable bed, enough amenities including air conditioning. Nice Continental style breakfast included (also includes hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, salami in addition to lovely pastries, fruit, coffee etc.). Friendly, professional service. There is a shuttle service to go back to the Airport which can be arranged at checkin prepaid (9 Euro pp) which was very efficient. Recommend!

Staff so welcoming and pleasant and the setting is very cosy like a cottage experience but in a hotel :) breakfast is also versatile

Booked at the last minute after our flight was cancelled at 8:30pm. Took a taxi from outside the airport for the short drive, which cost €20. On arrival, check in was processed quickly, and the room was a good size, with a good bathroom and all appeared to be clean. However, the bed was incredibly hard - and I'm a fan of a firm mattress! This meant for a largely sleepless night. No air conditioning in the room, so fairly warm, but fortunately not uncomfortable warm. When I checked in I asked about the shuttle service to the airport, which I was told departed every half an hour, but needed to book in advance. Booked for 5am and asked how much it would be and was told "about €20". Check out at 5am was quick and easy (be aware they retain your passport after checking in, but this isn't unusual for Italy). The shuttle service was there waiting, which was great. I tried to confirm the price with the shuttle driver, and he pretended to not understand. We shared the shuttle with one other person from the hotel. On arrival at the airport it seemed that he wanted to collect €20 from each person. I was only prepared to pay €20 for the two of us - not €20 each, and the other person didn't have any cash on them (he wouldn't take card). Fortunately he accepted the €20 I paid and left at that. On reflection, I would prefer to stay at a hotel that provides a fixed price shuttle that they operate themselves - one other I saw did a €5 per-person shuttle service, which if I was in this situation again I'd book. With the time pressure of a last minute cancellation, you don't get to do too much research before booking! So overall, the hotel itself was acceptable - just a shame about the bed. But the cost of getting to and from the hotel was disappointing.

My sons flight from Milan to london was delayed , abs we all had ti checkout a we were flying to Cairi , so we booked last minute in maloensa hotel fir my son to have a decent place to study abs rest near the airport which he had to go at 4 an, the location is very convenient for someone who needs to be near the airport , the shuttle bus was punctual , they also provide a wake up call and the restaurant was convenient
