Great hotel overall. Parking is limited, but the hotel room is decent.

I chose to stay in this hotel for three days during the school season. It was clean, the service staff had good attitudes, and the transportation was convenient!

The facilities in the room are complete. There are dish detergent and insulation cloth in the kitchen, which is very convenient. The rooms are also very nice, the living room in the suite is very comfortable. It should be noted that the cleaning service of the room needs to greet the front desk. Parking fee is a bit expensive

I have stayed in other room types of this hotel before, and I still choose this hotel because I can reunite with my children and cook food. But the reception at the front desk of the hotel is really bad, and the attitude of Indian and Pakistani women is not good...

This place was wonderful. The property and room were clean. I loved the room and the amenities and kitchen that came with it. I would definitely come back when i visit London!

Very nice room. Love the mini kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast eith vegan options. Would recommend.

Room was fine - in good repair and clean, just a bit dated. The breakfast (a big part of why we booked here) was truly awful.

This property within the building is very quiet the suites are lovely and spacious for your needs. Conveniently located close to ammenities.

The only negative part was the pillows are absolutely awful way too soft offering no support at all. I couldn't sleep
