Smashing hotel great staff new and really modern , a step anove

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the lovely Catalin. That show us the our room that was on the top floor with amazing views . He recommend to try The Brush , were he had Joanna as our host for our table. So amazing she was! Advising the dishes , the amazing cocktails, my favourite , The 50 shades , OMG!! Thank you so much , such an amazing stay !! We will be back for sure . Many thanks , Joao

Lovely new hotel. Modern and spacious rooms (we stayed in the King Art Plus room). Very clean and well maintained so far. Really comfortable beds and very large TV screen. Good amount of wardrobe space. Vegan and Cruelty free Kevin Murphy toiletries which is fantastic. Didn’t have the opportunity to try out The Brush restaurant or any food in the hotel - a few vegan/vegetarian options but not loads. Plenty of other options around this area should you require either. Gym on 26th floor not yet opened which was disappointing (apparently opening around August 2024), however various Technogym cardio machines available in the spa and a smaller room with a Technogym rack and free weights for the time being which was great. Free mini bottles of water in the gym area . Sauna and swimming pool area very nice, comfortable loungers by the pool and a water machine which is handy. Spa trea**ents not yet available. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and transport links. No parking at the hotel but there are various car parks close by - Euro Car Park on Shoreditch High Street is a good open air car park (outside congestion zone). There’s also Broadgate car park (less than 10 min walk from hotel) which we’ve used several times - it’s pricier but I would highly recommend for how secure it is and it is underground (in congestion zone). The hotel itself is just outside the congestion zone. Very friendly staff. Would definitely return.

After careful research of the hundreds of Hotels in London i am so glad i picked the Art’Otel. We stayed for two nights for a small break and it was a great location. But the rooms are flawless like the nighttime view from the large bedroom windows. The london skyscrapers are in full view and the room was so clean and brand new. The showers were very powerful and the room had every extra all of which were high quality. Loved the pens and paper which invited you to leave a creative drawing sadly my skills are lacking on the Picasso side of things. I loved the lifts and the fact it gies straight to your floor without ever being stopped by other guests. The lighting and art work everywhere makes this Hotel unique and i will most definitely return. The pool and spa was so lovely after knocking up the steps site seeing.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited!! Highly recommend you will not regret it!!! The art, the rooms, the food, the wellness facilities and of course the service were all 10/10!! Everyone made us feel so welcome and special at all time!! Special thanks to Mira for setting up my special requests, thanks to Shaun for the amazing welcome on reception and Ahmed for helping us around making sure we are okay leaving and coming into the hotel. And thank you to Corina for going above and beyond ensuring that we have everything that we need! I am definitely coming back and recommending to family and friends !!!

The hotel was amazing and it has very good ambience. And Sandeep from reception is a star he helped us a lot . The hotel has a very nice view and they provide so many good amenities. This hotel very close from the central London so its very convenient to travel.

Had the opportunity to stay here for a business trip the week after it opened. WOW! I was blown away by the trendiness, combined with technology and an amazing and enthusiastic staff. The rooms and views of Shoreditch are beautiful and you can tell every detail included was built for a modern traveler. You can’t beat the neighborhood too. Can’t wait to come back.
