The hotel room is very good and in line with the picture. It is about 13/14 Canadian dollars by taxi to West University. The hotel is near the business district. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. I ordered two meals at the Japanese meal near the downstairs. many

Excellent stay! Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the room. King bed was so comfortable. This hotel is lovely from front lobby decor to the rooms!
Loved the special touch with a gift bag for my partners Birthday. I’m not sure who the lovely young woman was by name but be sure to recognize her for her kindness. She was on staf at check k out around noon today January 27th. ❤️👍

Reasonable hotel, staff friendly, did not enjoy the add ons to the charges when checking out over 4 follsts for usin Credit card! Almost 10 dollars for using third party booking (******* ) , nickel and diming at its best!

Over priced and didn’t get the room I asked for got a handy capped room .. and it smelt hireable .. worst experience ever in a hotel
