🎈BEWARE 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS. 🎈BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DON'T stay here if you want to stay healthy. Service from their central office is poor they do everything to avoid solving any problems. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is, in apartment 10, your suitcases can not stay in the room. The way it was initially set up, i couldn't even fit into the room, and I'm not a BIG person. The bed was moved around, so that made more room. I thought all was fine and never complained again. However, i had been reacting to something so serious itching and spots started appearing on me. NAAAAAAH! I thought I was allergic to something, and I had no idea it was bugs. I even wrote a previous review, giving them a 3 over 5 because I hadn't found the bugs by then. I am disgusted and feeling paranoid they have followed me out of that nasty place. Would i stay again? NEVER not even for free. Location is good for shopping, but with bedbugs, it is not worth the pain. The day before I was to leave, I found what had been biting me. How do I pay to get I jured and I read another review today, the person also apparently had same complaint. I have spots all over my arms, some on my feet and legs. The place looks clean because the cleaner works hard, but don't be deceived there are BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I have a video which I have sent to them so they fumigate that place before hurting someone else. They are refusing to refund me after leaving me with scares and having to buy things to treat myself for the itching. 🎈BE WARNED 🎈 I have reported them to the county and looking at othet options.

Close to city centre and close to several tube stations (Great Portland Street and Goodge Street are closest). Very well appointed apartment, excellent bath/shower, great kitchen. Rooms are a good size with a balcony as a bonus. Drawbacks are the noise, from outside and from other apartments (bring ear plugs for sleeping, and maybe a spare tea towel if you are staying more than a few days.) I would definitely stay here again.

They transferred us to another property in Fulham because there was an issue with this apartment . Arriving at the other apartment they forgot to put the key in the lock for our check in so we had to wait an extra 30min. We made sure we needed a lift because i was travelling with my parents. The other apartment had no lift and they never asked for assistance to help us transport our baggages. There was no wifi, i contacted the owner and he didn’t respond to it. But he responded fast when we allert him for the missing key. The area was more quiet which i think we would of preferred the soho one. The appartment they give us is bigger and nicer which was very nice of them. And clean too. Besides that everything else was perfect Thank you.

Apartment was compact but perfect for my family. Close to main shopping area. Safe area. Only thing that was an issue was that the shower leaked under the door but it was manageable.

Loved this apartment! Clean and comfortable, the apartment was a great size. Really central and a great location. Check in was easy, the email with access codes etc was sent by ********** the day before and made checking in seamless and fuss free. Stayed in apartment 3 and would definitely stay again. My only disappointment is that I travel for work and don’t always stay for more than 1 evening, however it’s understandable that there is a minimum stay.

Looking for a decent, honest deal for your vacation? You can really do better. We were relocated literally the last minute , after we had paid and booked 4 months earlier. There was nobody to talk with in person or telephone when we arrived to check in with two little kids waiting in the street for two hours. Then, they sent us a cab on our demand of course, and as if it was the most natural thing to do, the took us to a whole different accommodation in a whole different building, in a whole different area. As if we had not booked and paid for a particular appartment, as if we did not care how we spend our money and plan our trip. Finally, after three ours we got to speak to someone who thought he was a professional, amd he was maybe the owner, who said that he could give us the CHOICE to stay in the other appartment in the other area, or live if we did not want to with full refund. He said he did not care about anything else and ...sorry (not). He was rude and cheeky the whole time. Because we barked at him he let us stay overnight until we got to find something else to stay in peace. In addition to all that, the appartment was dirty, with food residues from the previous clients, and most importantly with one less bed, and far from the are we wanted and had paid for.I would stay away...

No email with details of location, access code or code for key box. Did not answer phone despite many attempts. Only way to get access was via ******* online web help so had to keep line open for about 30mins disrupting travel plans. No details on how to access Wi-fi - eventually found router in halll cupboard with password. Flat itself was great.
