We went to Christmas markets when we arrived back to the hotel at night there was a serious bad smell of sewage it stank the whole bathroom and room out we had maintaince come up and that made it worst (he was apologetic) but when we said it's unsafe for our health nothing was done no room change and no sorry from anyone in reception it made me and my partner physically sick we tried to see if there was any trains home or other hotels but the cheapest was £800 and there was no trains it was horrific. Next morning it I have requested a refund I was told to send a email as the managers will be in touch but I've had nothing no sorry from reception just pure ignorance we had to go home straight after leaving the hotel in the morning as our clothes and everything smelt like sewage "Feces" so it's totally wrecked our trip straight away I sent a email 3 days later I had no respond but on the day I sent a email the hotel told booking, com that "we hadn't turned up" obviously making out we hadn't been there so we couldn't write a review or refund us DO NOT STAY HERE everything about the place is shocking I have gave them 3 days to issue me a refund or respond this has made my partner unwell for multiple days and all I get is ignorance from them shocking

AS stated in my previous review, this was an appalling experience. A lie from start (the brochure) to finish (how nobody in the hotel or from the booking company would take responsibility) Truly awful and wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy

I don’t like doing negative posts BUT *********** are the worst company I have ever come across, I planned to stay at MSK superior apartments on Saturday 08/06/24, when I entered the room it was not what had been advertised on there website, room was disgusting with stains up the bed and mold in the bathroom, noise pollution from another room in the building, after asking the staff to stop the music and the party, which they did nothing, I had to check out at 00.40 to sleep in my car not what I wanted. First three photos are the mold and stains on the bed, next 4 photos are what I thought I was booking and what they advertised, the last two are the photos of the rooms they actually offer and what they changed them to after I complained. Last photo is the name and address of the company to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’ve contacted both *********** and MSK Apartments with no avail, neither are willing to refund me, I now phone *********** and they hang up the phone on me 🤬🤬

Room was in the basement, no ventilation, cant open the curtains in the window as it is opening to open space where people work next to laundry. Shower doors wont close, wash basin so small that water leaks all over the floor in bathroom. Even after repeated requests as it was claustrophobic with small kid, staff were not at all helpful.

What a scam! Having (supposedly) booked a Deluxe apartment with a mezzanine, we ended up in a subterranean matchbox. We asked for the room that we are booked and to his credit the receptionist managed to upgrade us to a shoebox. Marginally better but still not what we had booked. Plus there was no hot water and, quite frankly, the amenities were appalling given the money that we had paid. So, despite having paid for 5 nights, we moved out. One room does not make a suite or an apartment. Shame as the location was excellent.

We stayed here as we went to a gig at Hyde park. Absolutely ideal! Great price and the staff on the 24 hour reception were fantastic! Lovely apartment. Couldn’t fault a thing. Will definitely be using again
