Heaters are not enough to maintain the rooms warm. But I am totally okay with this price range and the size. The location is perfect for me as it is just 3 mins away from the train station. The room is clean. It is awesome to look at the moon while sleeping on the bed. I will definitely come back again.

There is TESCO opposite the hotel, there is a large shopping mall across the street, and there is a subway station. The executive two-bedroom we booked has two large beds and one small bed. The kitchen facilities in the room are also fully equipped, such as a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. There is also a large stainless steel deep pot, which can make us a great tonic soup. The washing machine is very convenient for washing and drying. It is generally suitable for parents and children to live in.

Very good value for money

It was a very unpleasant experience, When arriving at the apartment, the person in charge said that the payment from Trip.com was not received, So we can't give us a room, we have to pay the price of the room on the day to get in. In the end, the price of the day was paid. Later, I called Trip.com to find out, but could not deal with it in time, waiting for an email reply, But so far I have not received an email reply, I am very dissatisfied and need to make a complaint.

The apartment itself was very nice but we didn't have warm water for a couple of time when we were taking a shower and they didn't really fix the problem even though we called them

Bright light right outside bedroom window, blind cords not working so couldn’t block out the light, lots of road noise. Floor was awful, creaking and felt like you were going to fall through when walking around. Sofa was a bit low for us. Kitchen was good. Location was good for US Embassy

Great location with walking distance to the Battersea Power Station, and local shops, bus network etc

Apartment was clean comfy well equipped and spacious. Downside….. read the small print!!! Deposit of £250 is required of immediate payment on checking in! A deposit that nearly 24hrs later I haven’t got back even though I checked out before 8am. Also it was really cold and the radiators didn’t work nor the aircon on heat mode! We were in bed by 10pm to get warmed up.

We will definitely stay again. The property does need some maintenance work and any work that has been done is not of good quality (for example the corking around the shower, furniture, chipped). However, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The Power House shopping nearby is wonderful.

Good value for money. Quite noisy, but expected in that area. Signs of wear and tear in the property. We liked it though and will be back if in the area.

Allowed for late check in which was great as flight in had heavy security. Just wished we could have stayed longer.
