The rooms were compact , but more then adequate. I found the layout of the place quirky. My only grip was the mattress was too soft and there were only two pillows. Which were flat.

We stayed at this hotel as somewhere to sleep whilst we did some family trips in London. What made the hotel stand out for us was the staff. Unfortunately we were one of the last to come down for breakfast and the kids had set their hearts on croissants. They hotel had run out though and they were a bit disappointed as there wasn’t much else they fancied. One of the waitresses however came out with her own personal croissant that she had put back for her breakfast and gave it to my daughter. That was way above and beyond and so kind. Thank you so much!

We have been to West Lodge’s Mary Beale restaurant on many occasions and it never disappoints whether it is lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. We went for a special birthday lunch and had a fabulous meal in delightful surroundings. The atmosphere is of quality high standards but without being stuffy or snooty. The staff are friendly with attention to detail and quality service. The food is always delicious; beautifully cooked with fantastic ingredients. Excellent wine cellar with knowledgeable sommelier. This is a great alternative venue for a special event with a gifted pianist in residence on some days and unobtrusive background piano sound track on others. Take time to walk around the unusual arboretum with its unique collection of trees and enjoy the artwork in the building. Some dishes are expensive but there also mid price options and set menu options to keep the price reasonable. The hotel is also a fabulous wedding reception location, nice rooms and the option to arrive by helicopter!! We will go again to enjoy our next family celebration.

Absolutely perfect stay. Easy to book and check in. Perfect location if you are travelling into the city! Staff were super friendly and helpful! When I travel for business now I will always use this hotel

We are currently staying at the hotel in room 11. When we arrived about 4pm we were told the room wasn’t yet ready as they’d been sent the wrong sheets for the beds(check in time is 3pm) so we dumped our luggage and went back down for a drink. We noted there was no soap or shower gel etc in the bathroom either and this was taken to the room. While having our drinks we were told it would be about 20 mins before they brought the right sheets but they had the wrong size did we want those on instead? We said no thanks we would wait the 20 mins for the right size. A few hours later we were in the room to bath and they sent someone up… with the wrong sheets. She went back down… and then came up with the wrong sized duvet covers. By this point my disabled daughter was getting upset and I’d about had enough. This had been going on for several hours now and no resolution. My daughter had been to equine therapy and if we didn’t have that again tomorrow I’d leave. I suddenly felt very upset at being treated this way. This is not what we have paid for. Really upset at the lack of caring and lack of service. I paid a lot for this room and with two of the three beds without the right sheets how can we be expected to stay like this? Have spoken to staff several times but apart from them promising sheets that don’t arrive no real resolution. Actually rather upset. I wouldn’t stay here again- no care for the guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Camden Prime Apart Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The brilliant accommodations, coupled with exceptional service especially their air conditioning system one in each flat, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city very easy , and I can’t wait to return to it on my next visit. Highly recommended.

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. Quick check in and check out, friendly staff. Smaller room than expected, was assigned the top deck which wasn’t pleasant as had to climb up and down and couldn’t sit straight due to low ceiling. Room was extremely stuffy and warm, and door was creaky. Locker was kinda broken and couldn’t be closed fully / locked, wouldn’t slide smoothly and could only drag it across the carpet floor with much difficulty. Thankfully each bed came with its own reading light and power socket. Can only say you get what you pay for, the low price was unbeatable. Suitable for backpackers for a night or two, but not for those with loads of luggage.

Hotel is a bit dated but was okay Very noisy as close to M25 and in a very busy services Otherwise was fine
