Bed covers are made of the drapes. It rained and water came in under the door. So did about a dozen worms.

The roof “caved in” cause of the rain and they had all of our stuff in bags waiting for us when we arrived back. My bag happened to have everything but my 150$ headphones which I didn’t realize at the time. The next day I went back to try and get them and asked if I could search the room and they said someone was staying in it. So they break into our rooms, bag our stuff, coincidently forget or lose the one thing most likely to be forgotten if stolen, and send us walking done the streets of LA with garbage bags. Then it turns out the rooms aren’t that bad and have someone stay in that room within a few hours. We got even less then we paid for with thigs place.

My room was filthy. Crumbs on the bedside table, microwave, fridge and table. Bed sheets smelled funky and there were several brown and green spots on the sheets that could been removed if they had washed it. Light switches were covered in something sticky. Towels that were provided smelled like feet. The towels were dark brown…probably so that stains weren’t visible. It was disgusting. Everything was just disgusting. I only lasted 3-5 mins in my room before bringing this up to the owner/employee. I saw 2 men there, both looked like fijian or from india, not sure. One was taller with short and glasses. And another man who was shorter, around 5’5-5’7 tall with longer hair, with bangs swept to the side. I spoke to the taller man. I asked him if my room was ever cleaned after the last guest and how it was incredibly dirty. He said he would get someone to clean it ASAP but I refused and said it should have been cleaned prior to my check in. I asked for a refund for at least 1 night (booked for 2 nights) which he agreed on and said to contact ******* for a refund for the 1 night as he can not do the refund here. I contacted ******* and ******* stated that the owners said no such thing about a refund, even for the 1 night. Please do not book here, sleeping in your car is much better than this. Take your $60-$100/night elsewhere.

It was conveniently located to all the former attractions I used to ride on.... ;) If you know what I mean 😉 LMFAO xD

The room was clean when I came. There were some holes in the bed sheets and window covers but they were negligible. The TV remote didn’t work but I stayed on my phone most of the time anyways. The fridge worked but the freezer section was frozen over. The only incident was on late Friday night. My friends and I went out and returned around 2 am. I forgot my key inside the room but when I went to the front desk for help, the attendant scolded me harshly for waking his family up. I apologized a lot but he still seemed very upset. I felt like a kid being lectured. He opened the door and I didn’t go back to the front desk until check out. Very easy check in and check out. Parking lot is confusing to get into but each room has a spot right in front so it’s good. Overall a fair stay for a good price.

Leftover cloths from the previous guest, plumbing issues in the sink, unclean bathroom floor, amenities were beat and some furniture was chipped and broken. The shower was running upon check in. I had low expectations and it was still pretty rough.

******* messed up my reservations and the manager of this facility made it right. He was helpful and very accomadating to my needs.

Very clean. Beautiful bathrooms, Cold refrigerator, Nice TV, Nice Bed, this was our third time staying here. And we will call me back again and again
