Small room, a fan that doesn't work very well, very old-fashioned furniture, hard and uncomfortable bed, shower with a curtain that comes out of everything, damp. Poor cleanliness of the shared bathrooms! Poor breakfast, only sweet, nothing savory, half board to which a quid can be added to the final bill based on what you get! Excellent location and convenient parking!

Kind and helpful staff, perfect and complete dinner, a tidy room, accessible parking, good cleanliness, we plan to return this summer and then very close to the center. Advice should be tried. The personalized alarm clock was also a good service because we had to leave in the middle of the night. Thank you for everything.

Terrible rooms with a terrible smell inside, broken doors and poor food, inedible meat. Hard bed and very thin pillow. Windows overlooking broken walls and drawers, old televisions. Leftover, hard bread. Not recommended

Sono andata in questo hotel per un camp di pallavolo. L'hotel é alla mano e il cibo é VERAMENTE BUONO! Peccato peró che le camere erano scquallide e le camere erano disastrate. Se é per qualche giorno va bene, ma quando si parla di una settimana o più anche no. I cassetti erano rotti su 4 cassetti 4 erano rotti, la porta aveva un buco, il bagno era vecchio e rovinato, i muri erano crepati,i balconi vecchi e rovinati e il valter in mezzo al bagno cosí bisogna fare un percorso ad ostacoli per andare in doccia. Peccato perché se non fosse per le stanze orrende e sporche sarebbe un bell'hotel

Arrivo in questo hotel di Loreto per passare tre giorni nella riviera del Conero. La posizione e' buona in quanto posizionato in pieno centro. Il grande problema di questa struttura e' dovuto alla sua vecchiaia , sia per le parti comuni che nelle camere private. Credo che non sia mai stato ristrutturato , almeno non dagli anni 70 in avanti !!! Mobilio vecchio , televisore a tubo catodico che ovviamente non funziona , prese della corrente vecchie e con cavi a vista , bagno con lavabo e sanitari spaccati e/o danneggiati. Nella parte retrostante si trova l'area di parcheggio , gratuita per i clienti , che pero' non essendo recintata resta accessibile a chiunque. L'unica nota positiva e' data dal personale di sala durante la colazione , molto gentili e disponibili. Concludendo , dovevo rimanere tre notti ... dopo la prima ho cambiato hotel.

Siamo arrivati stanchi dal Salento dove avevamo passato una bellissima settimana ad un resort e ritrovarci per passare una notte prima di riprendere il viaggio per Milano in un posto cosi orrendo ci siamo rifiutati di soggiornare. La camera che ci hanno dato era fatiscente, muri gonfi di muffa, un odore in stanza sgradevole. Già nel salire al piano con l'ascensore ci aveva fatto capire l'andazzo. Come si può dare a dei clienti un posto cosi brutto e malsano. Dopo che ci siamo lamentati, ci hanno dato un'altra camera anche lei messa in qualche modo. Nel frattempo c'erano altre persone appena arrivate che si stavano lamentando della scarsa pulizia. Da sconsigliare, anzi, ritirategli la licenza. Non si può e non si deve dare una camera, o delle camere cosi fatiscenti in un posto come Loreto luogo di pellegrinaggio da tutto il mondo. Da vergognarsi
