This was my second time here. We love the views and service. Always friendly, clean and smiles. Clemente was our butler both times and always goes above and beyond. Anytime we needed anything he was always so helpful and cheerful. He really made our experience much more pleasant.

We stayed at this resort last year, and this year was an even better experience mostly because of the staff. We stayed in the residences, which is AMAZING. Fanny was our butler, she’s was phenomenal, she was so helpful and sooo nice. She even sang to us in our house!!! When she was not available Elder helped us out, he was equally amazing making sure we were taken care of. We got massages while there, shout out to Coco, she’s amazing! We did the tequila tasting with Consuela, who was so knowledgeable and friendly, we saw her almost every night at the different restaurants. We also did the horseback riding which was so fun! 100% recommend and if you can request Fanny or Elder as your butler!!

Wonderful vacation, the resort is very well maintained and staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Monzerrat our personal butler was awesome, she helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed Hacienda Encantada for a destination wedding for our daughter. We chose to stay in the Residences in 2 of the Villas as we had a large family to accommodate. Daniel was our butler and he did a amazing job. He assisted us with off resort excursions and made sure our every request was met with a friendly smile and polite manners everytime. There was nothing he wasn't able to accomplish for us. The day before the wedding we requested wine decanters for the water ceremony during the wedding ceremony and he made it happen. We were so fortunate to have his assistance and attention to our needs during what could have been a stressful time. He made things run smoothly along with Zaira the wedding planner. We would definitely consider having another destination wedding with their services but thankfully we only have one daughter . Highly recommend this resort and if you can definitely stay in a villa and request Daniel for your butler you won't be disappointed. Happy mother of the bride!!

I ended up spending about a week and half on my own at the Residences. My Butler Monse was extremely attentive and went above and beyond checking on me and ensuring that issues I encountered were addressed. She made the trip enjoyable for me and is definitely an asset to the Hacienda Encantada. Thank you Monse!

We stayed for two weeks at the Residences at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo. The house was wonderful, and all of the amenities were great. The weather was perfect. We were able to learn how to play pickleball, and they had daily classes to help with the rules and techniques. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. We especially enjoyed having Clemente as our butler. He was kind, funny, attentive, and always able to plan our trips and make meals special. He made us feel like royalty! We will make sure that we request him next year! This is an A+ resort! Something for everyone!

We have not been to Mexico for at least 8 years. Cabo has been exactly what we were looking for! Daniel and the team were amazing! Daniel ensured we were taken care of the entire time. My husband and I were there for a short time but they made everything perfect! We will be back!

We love our home away from home at the Hacienda residences it’s a beautiful place but it’s the employees who really make it great. Our butler Daniel was absolutely top notch and took care of our every need. He was not only very efficient but was so friendly and made us feel like our wants and needs were his top priority. Fantastic butler! Every single employee we had contact with did a great job from the butler to the housekeeper we were extremely happy.
