No Internett in room ! Room Nice new renovated. Coach no good.

Booked this as I thought it was a bargain how wrong I was.On arrival was greeted with old style reception something from the 70s with laminate flooring that has seen better days. I told my wife don't judge a book by its cover Walking to the maze of apartments up steps and ramps and more ramps it looked very well maintained and ok 👍 how ever once opened door we thought bit grubby but ok as it was night time . In the morning, when we got up, we noticed dirty floors cupboards Walls. Bedroom door didnt close nor did wardrobes. The bathroomm was a modern type but poorly done with a loose, non matching shower head industrial toilet roll holder, and limescale around the toilet. The room needs total spring clean updating decoration new furniture . On the patio that was ok for 2, just very cramped over looking the pool, there was a grubby patio set on it and loud music not to everybody's test played all day at the pool. Clean towels and bins were emptied every three day's and beds made twice in a week, no floors were mopped or balcony brushed within the week we stayed. had to put up with black sand from somebody's towel shaking in above apartment. Apartment 154 you could hear the restaurant behind early getting ready for meals bashing and crashing about. Surprisingly enough, we thought the restaurant was ok, just average. All inclusive drinks were ok as well the usual. There was no aircon, even though a very small number of apartments have it. If you want a fan, you have to ask at reception why they can't leave one in the room who knows. This was a premium room. god helped people who booked a standard. Won't be returning too dated needs total refurbishment. Area brilliant great bars up round beach down road

We read some bad reviews prior to coming to the resort and were nervous about what we had read. However we stayed here for 10 nights and had a wonderful holiday! Hotel location was perfect! A 5 minute walk to beach were there was plenty restraunts/pubs and beach activities too. We were all inclusive so ate and drank at the hotel majority of the time. The food was good quality, although not hundreds of options, the options provided were always of good standard. Bar and kitchen staff were always super helpful and up for a laugh, we were sad to be leaving them behind when going home!! Pool area was clean and life guard was super friendly and always went above and beyond for us. He spoke little English bus still somehow made us laugh daily. The entertainment team provide lots of activities during the day (darts, pool, bowls, basketball to name a few) which we always thoroughly enjoyed. The night time entertainment was always of good quality although my only negative was the evening entertainment would only be on for around an hour each night so was finished for 10/10:30 each night. There was an entertainment team member called Aada who we personally felt went that wee bit more above and beyond what was required. She was always trying to involve everyone and even those a little more shy, doing what she could to try get them involved. She made our stay!! As for the negatives, my only gripe was that the cleaner had only came to our room 2x our entire 10 night stay and rooms didn’t have a hairdryer or air con unit. We were able to hire a hairdryer and fan from reception but the fan doesn’t do much unless sat right beside it (which I had to do most nights when getting ready). Overall, we had a very positive stay and the staff definitely made the trip for us. We would definitely consider returning to Atlantida bungalows !

Nice place to stay, close to everything and 10 min walk to the beach, been going for the past 4 years. Was sad to find out Lotti was leaving as she was brilliant, probably won’t be going back now as Lotti has now left

We were panicked upon arrival after reading reviews however hotel has pleasantly surprising us. For reference travelled as two couples to the resort. The bar staff have completely exceeded our expectations. Provided top comedy for us and couldn’t do enough! The entertainment during the day was great with various games being played however night time was pretty short. The entertainment provided was of good quality just ended a lot earlier than expected. We personally felt like Aada was super inclusive when it came to entertainment and she made our trip! The food was of good quality! Not hundreds of options but enough and everything out was of good quality! The lifeguard was very helpful, going above and beyond what was required and spoke little English but still made us laugh a lot! Overall, the hotel was nice and we had a great time, however my only gripe was we were there 10 nights and only saw the cleaners twice. Our room was smelly

Entertainment staff Aada was excellent!! She made sure everyone was involved and very welcoming. Anyone would be lucky to have Aada at their hotel. Aada went above and beyond for the customers at Atlantida and I can’t thank her enough well done and all the best Aada!!

So we heard some bad reviews and some good ones well we can honestly say that we as a couple first time in Tenerife have had the best time , all the staff are amazing but one in particular guillermo behind the bar is such a lovely guy and made our holiday special . The apartment was basic but we don’t care because we were in a great location. We’ve had an amazing holiday our first holiday together and we loved everything about it . Thankyou for everything . We will be back

Not even worth the 1 star, the photos of the hotel online are NOT what you get, and are very misleading! *For context We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive* We arrived at 1 ish in the morning after travelling for 10 hours, first impressions were not good at all, outside was dirty and we was so embarrassed when they called our names on the transfer bus to get off. The lobby constists of broken flooring and genuinely didn’t have a nice feel to it. Checkin was smooth, we was drawn a map and sent on our way. Trying to find our room in the pitch black was hard with no lights up anywhere. It was dangerous all up hill, multiple sets of steps, with no lights We then found our room and we was horrified when we walked in!! Nothing like the photos, felt dirty, and had a ‘stunning’ view of the tennis court that you can’t use… The facilities in the room were awful, my partner couldn’t even stand in the shower properly, dirty old toaster and microwave, dirty pans, plugs sockets not attached to the wall properly! The water switches when it wants to be hot and cold, so you either burn or you freeze in the shower! Everything was shut, we couldn’t even get a bottle of water, so we had to go find a local shop at 2am to get a drink! The following day we were hoping that in the daylight it wouldn’t be that bad, again how wrong was we!! It was worse, broken tiles all on our little outdoor area, broken chair, broken airer, and just smelt like sewage the whole time! Food was tragic, despite being all inclusive we ate there once or twice The first full day we tried the ‘snack time’ food, and was given a raw burger and fries in scrunched up tinfoil! It give us both a bad gut for 3 days!! If you are all inclusive you can only drink their local alcohol! My partner was handed a beer to sit on the 1 table and chair outside in a coffee cup, you couldn’t make this up! No outdoor seating at the clubhouse, it’s all indoors The entertainment was rubbish, questionable singers, constant quizes and bingo, literally next to nothing going on in the day We couldn’t get in the pool, mini golf was overgrown & dirty, bags of rubbish everywhere. We didn’t spend 1 full day at this place, and we ended up self catering elsewhere as the food was so bad! What we spent for the holiday, we ended up spending on the holiday as we just couldn’t sit and stay there, or eat the food! No one their looked happy to be there both workers & customers. We even played a game how many cockroaches can we spot from the time we get from the lobby to the room, it was just filthy disgusting, not what is advertised online & we couldn’t wait to leave! When it was time to leave we asked the lady at reception if she could help us as we was confused with our transfers, she wasn’t interested told us to ring the number on the email, that we had rung multiple times & was all in Spanish. This was excellent for a mixed generation family group. Our rooms were spacious light and clean, with cooking facilities - as well as a very good buffet food service, if that is chosen. The staff were friendly and helpful and the children's club much appreciated, with excellent staff. The spacious bungalow layout was very relaxed ( not suitable for disabled people without a mobility scooter!) and the beach was ten minutes away.
