The registration team were kind and professional. Connor helped us tremendously since we were very early checking in to the hotel. The housekeeping team were courteous and accommodating.

The room i booked is not the room i received. When i asked for a room that i cooked i was told I'd have to compromise on bed size. Remote had dried puke on it. I just wanted what i booked. Not that outdated dusty mess.

I stayed at the hotel 11/24-11/26 for my birthday to come to Gordon Ramsey Steak and I truly enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice and loved the amenities, however my room had some issues, unplugged/not working alarm clock, toilet seat broken, huge spider webs on both sides of the window as well as the window was terribly dirty. Other than that, I truly enjoyed everything else. I just feel that the room(s) need to be properly cleaned.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. It was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of outlets around the room. We did have an issue getting our Chromecast connected to the internet, so bring a travel router if you can. We enjoyed being able to walk to the ****** when we wanted to. No breakfast included, but there were some options to purchase breakfast.

The staff was pleasant; however, the property looked dirty and old. Letters were missing from the elevator. The sign said Poo instead of pool on two of the elevators; the brass was very tarnished and spotted. The rooms looked worn, and there was an insect in our room. We actually left a day early. Dinning options were limited, and one of the restaurants scheduled to open was closed on a Friday night. Noodles was the restaurant.

Pillows were the only issue. They were way to soft. Almost like not having one at all. Was only there one night. Didnt get out to experience the rest of the property. Seemed nice. Would visit again
