I came to Prague as a tourist and book hotel Union with advance payment in amount of 330,6 EUR . I would like to inform travelers that this hotel policy is really rapacious. They withdraw money from my account and don’t want to compensate it due to the fact that my booking was made by mistake. There is another Hotel Union located in Prague 2 that I intend to stay there. Even I informed hotel that not going to come to their location, as this is mistake due to same name of the hotel that is located in city center and their hotel out of the city - 55 km away I need to pay 2000 CZH to just to get there!!! Is the same name used by purpose? I asked to take a fair fee at least for one night, but they refused. As per my understanding it’s fair to compensate at least partly but not to tell travelers who is not familiar with location that this mistake will cost you now 330 EUR. Dear OWNERs, Is this kind of service you would like to receive while you are traveling abroad ?
