Arrived late after day @ Hersheypark. Showered & attempted to turn on TV on bedroom. It would not come on. Called front desk & response was "well there is nothing I can do about that its after midnight. Maintenence will be on @ 8:00am. My response- that doesn't do me any good

Perfect room. We wanted to get away from the kids for an overnight. The fireplace and bathroom made it exactly what we needed. Hard to find a whilrpool tub OR a fireplace in a room, let alone both. Great hotel room. Thank you.

I found it very comfortable and quiet. The courtyard was very enjoyable during the excellent weather. It was easy to find and in a location near several restaurants. The staff was very pleasant

Carpet, sheets, and shower seemed dingey, and the room smelled vaguely of dog.
Comfortable mattress, good breakfast, and decently quiet though.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long while. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the employees were very nice. Our suite was much larger than we expected and very comfortable, plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). If we ever visit the area again I know we'll be staying here!

Overall stay was pretty good. Check-in was quick and they gave us a corner room which we appreciated as it was one of the quickest room I have ever stayed in. The living/dining/kitchen area was quite spacious. Bedroom was quite clean and the beds were comfortable and we had good night sleep. Bathroom on the other hand had paints coming off in the bathtub and it was clogging even with small use.
Breakfast was quite standard with waffles, bread, cereal etc. one suggestion I would have is to have eggs without bacon.
