前台給5星，早餐給嚴重差評，三個人9:00左右吃什麼都沒有了，問能不能再煮一些，一句話沒有。僅有的一個蓮藕都有頭髮，請問給幾星呢？

來之前特別電話諮詢有沒有水，可否洗澡，得到前台客服確定回答後訂房，結果到凌晨都無水，打電話詢問前台，答覆我剛接班不知情，第二天早上有水了卻是冰涼，沒辦法洗了個冷水澡退房了，停水是事實，但是你們前台欺詐性誘騙客人入住之後又推卸責任，這個值得一星！

酒店很好，設計風格滿滿，很有韻味。前台小姐姐服務很棒，前台還有一個服務框，環境不錯，房間衞生乾淨，配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，比一些星級酒店的還要好。

去瀘縣出差，在網上訂了這家酒店。這家酒店離瀘縣客運站很近，離高鐵站打車的話也就十幾塊錢，交通還是比較便利的。酒店的設施也很新，挺齊全的，房間很大，第二天早上出門還有免費的早餐，還不錯。如果下次還要到這裏出差的話，這個酒店是一個不錯的選擇。
