We were returning from a Grand Canyon Trip. It was great to have a comfortable hotel for the homeward trip.

It was great! We had to go for a basketball tournament and i enjoyed being able to go back amd have a relaxinf place to stay!

Building is old and creepy. Everything is outdated and definitely needs some love and care. Remodel!!!!

Hotel is run down, bugs in light over vanity. Carpet in room extremely worn and torn. Air conditioning would not cool room. Only good thing was service and breakfast.

Let me start by saying that check in was a breeze. I was sent a text message and did it all before arriving. I just went straight to the desk confirmed my information and was given my keys. The staff was professional and informative. Outside the property it looked a little shady and unsafe but nothing to crazy. The room was dated and was in need of some remodeling, the bed and sofa bed were comfy and clean. Ok now the bathroom, it was unfortunately dirty. I really didnt feel confortable using it.
Overall it wasnt too bad as long as I stayed out of the bathroom.

Beds were not comfortable. Obviously drawers are not checked by cleaning staff because there was lotion and a used towel in the night stand. Breakfast was excellent. Everything else was above average.

My back and neck were hurting after sleeping in the bed, had to check out early because the power was going to be turned off for a while but other than that the stay was ok. Breakfast was excellent.

We will be staying here every time we drive through Lubbock! The front desk staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was GREAT and several steps above the usual "free" breakfast at a hotel (omelet bar!!). The room was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The price was right. My entire family is thrilled to find the MCM!
