Enjoyed our stay! Lovely Property, really enjoyed the balcony and location. Everything was nearby.
Only Feedback was that the listing stated “upper floors accessible by stairs only,” when it’s really ALL floors, not just the uppers. The reception alone is 2.5 floors up. We were fine with it, but my husband found a guest struggling with her luggage and she slipped down the stairs. Just something to be mindful of!

Very close to a piazza with restaurants and buskers, as well as a variety of shops. Located in the old walled city with lots of character and interesting buildings. No lift in the building, you'll need to go up flights of stairs

Ideally located, beautiful rooms. Not suited for disabled people and people having difficulties to climb three long stairs with all the lugguage.

I had a confirmed booking. On arrival there was no answer on the phone. At the entry door there was a buzzer for reception. Again no answer so we had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel has refused to refund us, They say we did not show - we did but they wouldn't know that because there was no one there.

molto gentile il personale bella stanza ma piccola bel bagno un po di gradini qua e la e' vecchio stabile centrale non ben isolato si sentono i rumori per il resto ok buona colazione comodo per lucca si va a piedi finestre non rifatte quindi entra rumore
