The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

It was a pleasant staycation at Radisson Blue Ludhiana, I went there with my family, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very neat and clean. Me and my family loved the restaurant there named ‘Made in India’ where they serve the best Indian dishes .

Excellent stay and location is perfect as it feels like a second home to me . A special thank you to Atul bhasin ,Parinita,Sanchit malhotra who made our stay extra special and helped with any requests. Five stars for all of the staff . Thank you, we will be returning again

Great food, great ambience and most importantly great hospitality. Lovely hosting by Ajay ji and team. They were all very accommodating with our requests. Highly recommended for a chill dinner with family and friends. Live music is cherry on the cake.

It was a great appetising experience with live music. All thanks to Ajay ji for arranging the delightful lunch outing for a group of 14 ladies. He even managed to arrange a separate private area for coffee chit chat. We had a wonderful and a fun day with great ambiance.
