I stay was alright. Had a few problems with the room and a the cleanliness wasn’t as good as I’d like.

We picked this hotel on our way up I-95 two hours before we checked in. It was after 11pm and the girl at the front door was very nice. When we got to the room it was tidy and welcoming but noticed the rug needed to be vacuumed a little better but was not a deterrent. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the bathroom but other than that it was comfy and served the purpose.
I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

I booked two days. I was out all day when I returned to hotel, my room keys were not active. I went to front desk and told Alelea that I booked two nights and that cards were not working she checked computer and confirmed reservation. She activated keys for me.
I went up to room everything was as I left it. I prepared to go to sleep and fire alarm keep beeping every 30 seconds. I tried to call front desk and room phone didn't work. I had to return to front desk. Aleela said she would move us to room directly across the hall so I could sleep.
I appreciate the effort to make my stay less stressful and to provide excellent customer service!!!

Moved into 4 rooms because of problems with cleanliness and non working refrigerators and air/heat. Very run down hotel and needs major renovations and rug cleaning throughout. I have stayed at quite a few Country Inn & Suites and this was disappointing.

Don't stay in this place, I made a reservation for 3 rooms. One of the rooms was infected with mosquitoes in the bathroom and bed. The second room the heating did not work, and the third room the sheets were dirty with stains and hair. I was there from Friday 12/29/23 until 1/2/24 every day I asked about the manager, the manager was never there to talk. Staff was very rude, they didn't care about the conditions of the rooms, I asked them to change the sheets and they didn't. When I asked to change my room, which was infected with mosquitoes, she told me it was sold out, but the parking lot was empty. After arguing, she agreed to look at the system and magically found another room. The new room was dirty too and in the bathroom there were red stains that looked like blood, I asked them to clean it and they didn't care, they didn't do it. Also the elevator stop working we have to use stairs to get to the 4th floor

The overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired - especially the bathroom. The pictures on the website make it look like it had recently been remodeled or built and the rooms do not match this. The carpets were stained. The bathroom was a mess basically everywhere - the toilet seat was dirty and loose, someone attempted to paint the shower/tub but it was peeling and made it look awful, and there was no fan. The sink faucet also sprayed water in all directions instead of coming out in a steady stream. One of washcloths had two hairs on it that did not belong to us. The coffee pot was dirty and dusty which made it unuseable. The walls had been repaired and had not been repainted. The heating/air conditioning unit was missing a filter. I realize we chose a cheaper hotel but still expected it to be clean and more like the photos advertised it to be.

The reviews were not at all
Accurate. The room was dirty, stains on the ceiling and in the tub. Dirt on the floor. Requested the rooms to be next to each other, but was given a room across and down the hall. Huge gap between floor and door to room, you could hear everything in the halls and beyond. Could hardly get sleep. Bathroom sink faucet water was not coming out in a stream. Cabinet doors where microwave and fridge were barely hanging on. Was afraid to open the doors.

Worse and horrible experience staying there nothing was clean in the room when we approached the front desk the lady she put the sign help the customer and she was watching the shows on the her phone i waited almost 10 mins in the front desk and ring the bell she was rude no all any good experience. Dont waste your time to stay in this place .

No hot water for the shower, and there was no coffee maker. I had previously stayed at this property and there were no issues then.
